This property is great for a small family vacation or couples getaway. The 3 bedroom & 3 bathroom layout allows for a sense of privacy while the spacious and furnished ocean view deck ensures quality time can be spent together. Warm colors used throughout the home provide a tropical temperature throughout the year. Wooden flooring really gives the property a façade of “home” instead of “rental.' The layout is designed so that you are constantly reminded of the ocean. Ceiling to floor windows and doors are used in the living room to bring the ocean right into the public areas of the home.
Additionally, the same luxury is used in the master bedroom. In fact, the ocean view can be seen from the comfort of the Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom which is also equipped with a his/her sink and stand-up shower. We went to Folly to get away from winter in Indiana. We loved the place so much we stayed a week! If not for work, we would still be there:( The location to town (shopping and restaurants), pier (fishing and dolphin watching) and the ocean is perfect. The ideal location and abundent windows brings the ocean to your door. We watched dophins swim as we we enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck. Folly has a convience store that never closes if you forget anything. Covered and protected parking. Downtown Charleston is only 10 to 15 minutes away. When we return to Folly, we will definately stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
