This home is in excellent condition. It is located in the Power Ranch community. It is furnished with new furniture and utensils. The home is two stories with 3 bedrooms,one King bed, one Queen bed and two Twin beds, loft, 2.5 baths, new window coverings.
Kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is a dining area connected to a living area with two sliding glass doors leading to the patio. Upstairs there are three bedrooms two baths and a loft. The laundry room is also upstairs. The living room is surround sound installed with Onkyo equipment. There is a sitting room off of the master bedroom. The home is approximately 2300 sq feet and on the corner lot with lots of parking. There is a court yard between the homes that is grass trees and shrubs. Within two miles is a freeway access lots of shopping and restaurants.
