Fenced yard for privacy. 3 minutes from Southgate Mall (dillards, macys, saks, etc) 4 minutes from Publix Supermarket, 7 minutes from downtown sarasota and 10 minutes from I-75. SIESTA KEY BEACH IS 7 MINUTES AWAY. Properties are owned and managed by George Harrison (beatle) brother in law. I'm glad to share my pictures taken of george ringo and others at georges estate in england.

Hi, I'm Walt Kane and i have lived in beautiful Sarasota for almost 30 years. My wife and I have been operating vacation rentals for over 10 years. We know what travellers want..an immaculately clean rental with many amenities like tvs vcrs cds washer and dryers on site. Our rental location is ideal! We are only 7 minutes from the best beach which has crystal white soft sand that never gets hot on your feet. Were also ideally located for downtown (10 min) I-75 (12 min) and all the theatres, restaurants, comedy club, performing arts including opera are within 15 minutes of the rentals.
