  Took my wife, daughter, son-in-law, and 4 year old granddaughter 3rd week of October, 2010. Great time to go in my mind. End of season and some things were closed, but less people and more relaxing. Beaches were wonderful. Visited Shell Island (rented a pontoon boat for the day from State Park Rentals). Were able to follow a pod of dolphins, found live clams, starfish, and other marine life on the sand bars. Took a drive over to Pensacola to the National Naval Aviation Museum (free entry). Quite remarkable the number of restored planes and history there. Make sure the first day you are there you find Thomas (believe that is correct) Donuts. You will be there regularly. Overall, the condo was great. Clean, well supplied, and convenient location to all the activities. We often ate breakfast, went out to the beach, came back for a light lunch, then would take a half day trip someplace. Great accommodations, great to walk down and go right out to the beach, and WONDERFUL to share this experience with my granddaughter and her parents.....AND the view from the master bedroom is to die for when the sun sets! Will be back soon.

  This was the first time I've ever visited Panama City Beach, and staying here for this first time definitely made the trip awesome! AQUA is located right on the beach and every day it was great being able to just go downstairs and walk out to what has to be one of the prettiest beaches in Florida. It was in the 80's every day we visited, and the water is just gorgeous. You will have no problems laying out on the beach and taking it all in. We took our 2 year old with us, and he loved it. There are many places to go that the kids will enjoy, like Gulf World, which is located within walking distance. The condo has many amenties to make your stay away from home truly enjoyable. The kitchen has top of the line stainless appliances, ceramic floors, granite countertops, and all the dishes, pots, pans, and other gadgets stocked so you don't have to worry about bringing anything from home. There are many great restaurants in the area, but you can also enjoy dining in--there are 2 grills downstairs so you can enjoy a steak cooked how you like it. The master bath is amazing--it has ceramic floors, a garden bath tub, double sink, and a standing shower. Would LOVE to have this be my bathroom at home! View from the balcony is beautiful. The living room has glass sliding doors that face the beach, and the balcony has a patio table. We enjoyed having breakfast out here. You can also get out to the patio from the master bedroom, which is a romantic touch. Our son really enjoyed the bonus room with bunk beds and tv. The HE washer and dryer is great to be able to do laundry whenever you need to, just like at home. Overall, AQUA definitely made our stay a wonderful experience, and hopefully we'll be headed back really soon!

  We stayed at the Aqua condo in 2009 during December. The condo was decorated very nicely and had plenty of furnishings. BEAUTIFUL beach location! It is located very close to Pier Park, which has great shopping and fantastic dining options. Also nearby, is a Target store which is nice in case you forgot anything at home. Within driving distance there is a Wal-Mart for groceries as well. Driving around Panama City Beach is very easy as there are really two main roads with everything you need on them. Great vacation location and looking forward to going back November 2011.

  We really enjoyed ourselves. It's beautiful and relaxing. It could be kept a little cleaner and maintained.

  Owner response: Our unit is cleaned following the stay of each renter. That is why we have a cleaning fee charged; we do not keep any of this charge. We also have regularly shceduled "spring/fall" cleaning of the unit to more thoroughly scrub/clean out areas that are not covered with the regular cleaning. Following the stay of this renter, we had one of those cleanings scheduled and completed. In addition, we have also purchased a brand new sofabed for the unit.

  The condo was clean and well-maintained. Has a good view of the beach. There are a lot of restaurants and the shopping mall is within walking distance. Had a good time and I'm planning on going back next month.

  My husband and I stayed at the Aqua condo in February 2010, and it was great. The weather was in the 50s which I expected, but the condo was really nice. There was enough room we could have had more people and been very comfortable. The condo is in a good location for restaurants and shopping and right on the beach. I am definitely going back again in 2011.

  This condo has a secure parking garage with skyway access to the elevators. The unit itself was clean and very comfortable. I especially liked the access to the balcony from both the living room and the master bedroom. The master bath was very large with both a shower and tub. The unit offers cable TV and Internet access which I used when not on the beach. The swimming pools were always well maintained as well as the exercise room. The condo is close to a new shopping center with many places to eat. I was able to walk to dinner and enjoy a slow stroll back to the condo each evening. Overall a very relaxing stay that I would definitely like to repeat!

  Everthing from the location to the condo itself is beatiful. The pictures of the view do not do it justice, you have to see it to believe it. There is so much to do with in waking distance from great restaurants, shopping and sight seeing. The drive along the coast line is breath taking with so many differnet commuinties along the way. The kitchen is ready for you all you need is your food, and the master bed and bath are a dream.

  The location of the condo and PCB is beautiful. The condo is very nice and stylishly decorated, very homey and comfortable. Had no problem spending a week there. Is within walking distance of many great restaurants and the beach access sports beautiful beaches. Exercise room is well equipped and decks of the resort are gorgeous. Overall I had a fabulous time!

  My husband and I along with our two kids (6 yrs old and 7 months old) stayed at this condo the week of April 3-10, 2010. This condo is awesome! It has really nice furniture and appliances. The location of the condo is great. It is within walking distance of Pier Park and many great restaurants and activities. It is also just a steps from the beach. The view from the balcony is amazing! We had a great time and can't wait to stay in this condo again next year!!!
