If you're looking to be close to the beach, enjoy some time with your family pet, and not be overwhelmed by the crowds of OC, this is the property for you. The property was exactly as described with plenty of space and two wonderful back decks looking out on the inlet. It is one block from the OC dog park, which is easily accessed using a key card obtained at the local community center. There are separate areas for small and large dogs, which was wonderful! It's also only a short walk to the 94th street beach entrance where dogs are allowed before May 1st! The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials so we were able to prepare meals with no problem, and the grocery store is a short walk/drive down the block. We had only one small issue during our stay. I had thought we would have access to wireless internet and the owner did not return my email asking about it so we were unable to use our laptop during the vacation. Not a deal breaker thanks to smartphones, but we would have liked to have access to our netflix while away.

First time at this getaway was last August. The deck overlooking the canal and the bay was magnificent. Having a full kitchen and the large living/dining area along w/ the 2 master bedrooms made my experience wonderful. I would recommend this getaway to anyone. I can't wait to come back this summer.

My family and freinds have been staying at Dean and Dawn's house the last few years over Cruisin Weekend in May and absolutely love it! We have a nice parking area for the classic car to be off the road. It is perfect location and love the home away from home feel. I look foward to staying there every year!

I have stayed at this beach house numerous times over the past seven years. The house is beautiful with two master bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Perfect for two couples or a family. Having a full kitchen makes it easy to cook for a family. The location is super convenient and the back deck overlooking the water is the most relaxing place to get sun, eat dinner or just hang out. Love this place!
