Our Essex Condo is located on the quiet south end of Marco Island, a short five minute walk to the beautiful south beach access. Close to shops, the movie theater and great restaurants, this second floor unit has a screened lanai that offers beautiful views of the island.
The spacious master suite has a queen sized bed and master bath. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with an adjacent second bath. A queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. All kitchen appliances as well as the washer and dryer are brand new (January 2010).
The Essex has a heated pool, tennis courts and is elevator accessible. This non-smoking, pet-free condo is very well maintained. The grounds are clean, quite and has covered parking. It also comes complete with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, beach toys and everything you need for a relaxing, memorable vacation!
Marco Island (Largest of the famed ten thousand islands) is known for its spectacular sunsets, sun drenched white sugar sand beaches, dolphins, manatees, golf, boating, fishing and shelling (nature abounds).
