Ahhh the beach - there is nothing like it.
This four-bedroom, authentic, beach cottage will warm your heart the minute you walk through the front door. With the sheers blowing in the breeze through the long hallway your eye hits the blue water.
The house has three bedrooms on the entrance level with a full master suite that has a king-size bed and private bath, a beautiful guest room with queen-size bed and full bath, and a wonderful bunk room with wood-slated walls and built in single bunk beds. Each room is equipped with flat screen TV and VHS capability. Laundry room on main level will allow you to come in from the beach and put all those wet towels right into the whirlpool duet washing machine and dryer.
Travel up the stairs to the second level and as you hit the top stair your eye will be drawn to views of the Gulf that will enchant you for the entire stay. Living and dining room have a beautiful concept or have your dinner out on one of the five porches and clear the table for an evening of family fun and games or just watch a movie.
The walls are all done in wood with a bead board ceiling and beams running across give you a feel of old Florida cottage. In the second master suite upstairs you will fall to sleep at night listening to the beautiful sound of the waves and awaken to the sun with the breeze blowing through the sheers. The walls in this room have been done in white wainscoting with custom-designed furniture.
The master bath upstairs has a claw-footed bathtub and sunflower shower head. Double pedestal sinks and plenty of storage for the week to unpack and get comfortable.
Head up to the Blue Heaven Lounge in the tower room and hang out for the sunset on the top porch with great views of the Gulf and sunset. Surround sound throughout the house and on the porches will allow you to dine or have cocktails to your favorite sounds, so bring your CD collection to create some awesome memories.

We had the best time builiding and creating this beach house on the beautiful Emerald Coast. After finishing the house we were able to have friends and family come and visit, we have the most fond memories of sitting on the back porch of the evenings after a fine meal of fresh fish on the grill or takeout from our favorite place, Yianni's, and just listening to the music and the waves. It is magical and you will not want to leave. Riding the bikes everyday to either Seaside or Rosemary is wonderful, kyacking around the Eastern lake is another fav thing to do. Book a memorable week or month or however long you like at our beautiful home and you will receive a free week rental on your beach chairs and umbrella. Enjoy.
