  We were very comfortable with our stay at your condo. It was comfortable, clean and spacious. We had problems with the internet/cable TV for a few days and the owners Chasity and Paul were extremely helpful. The condo has everything you need to be very comfortable for a month long stay as we did this year. We would definitely stay here again without a doubt. Thank you!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

  Chasity Just wanted to email and let you guys know we had a wonderful time. Your condo is great. We will put it in our list of favorites. Sorry to say we stuck with our favorites as far as restaurants we did try Cobalts this time. We where just so so with it. service was lacking. I will say there cupcakes where amazing.......... We also tried Gulf Shores Steamer in orange Beach. we did find this one to be great. Will go back. Thanks again... Tammy

  Hey Chasity, wanted to let you know we loved staying at your condo ! I wanted to note that when we arrived, the door knob to the laundry room wasn’t attached to the door. I tried to fix it , but couldn’t get the cover off to screw the two sides back together. It was not a problem for us, I just wanted to let you know. Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo. We’ll certainly be back in touch in the future !

• Dirty condo

  The condo had not been cleaned or the beds changed when we arrived. I contacted the owner who arranged for linens to be delivered that night. We spent three hours cleaning up other peoples junk and changing the beds. The owner made a verbal commitment to reimburse me some $ for the inconvenience which has, of course, not materialized. I followed thru on my part of the lease but not the owner when something was amiss. Oh well what can you do but write a negative review. I was promised a refund of one nights stay. If that does occur I will re-review my comments. As it stands avoid this condo and go with a reputable agency. I have E-mailed the owner on return about the money without reply. Avoid, avoid , avoid. It's not being cleaned.

  Owner response: Linens were delivered to you within an hour of your arrival and our cleaning service offered to clean the condo the following morning. For your inconvenience, we offered to pay for a night at a nearby hotel or extend your stay for free. However, you declined all offers. Every effort is made to correct whatever issue may arise that is beyond our control. A phone call to discuss, when your deposit was returned more than a month ago, would have been appropriate if you still expressed concerns. We’ve owned the condo for 4 years and most of our renters return with pleasantries. Sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay.

  Great view. Loved sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean and watching the dolphins. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The owners were great to deal with. Replied quickly to all my e-mails and phone calls. Considering going back next year.

  This was our first time to Gulf Shores and we loved it! The owners were absolutely wonderful to deal with and very helpful. The accomodations were great and the view from the balcony was fabulous. We hope it will be available on our next vacation.

  I have stayed at this condo for three years in a row and it's sensational. The owners are some of the best I've dealt with through VRBO. The location is terrific and the comfort outstanding. Balcony is large and what a view! Walking distance to stores and restaurants; very well kept and tastefully decorated. Works well for two couples. I will definitely return.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities.
