Sitting waterfront on one of the resort's gorgeous lagoons, secluded and nestled among meticulously landscaped grounds, we welcome you to experience Kauai Beach Villas E-11, our remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath, ocean view condo on Kauai's beautiful "Royal Coconut Coast".
The rental rates for this beautiful island home are a fraction of what they are to stay in one of the ocean front units, but you don't have to forfeit the ocean view, and you'll smile as you think about all the extra cash in your pocket that you can now use for your island adventure! E-11 is located just one building back from the ocean, so there are very few view obstructions, and you sill have not one, but two direct ocean views from the lanai.
This large, (1200 sq. ft) condo can accommodate 4 guests (in beds), and there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room that converts to a queen bed, allowing us to accommodate a group as large as 6. Both bedrooms are air conditioned, and there are ceiling fans throughout the unit in every room as well. Both bedrooms have their own outside lanai, and their own full bath. The kitchen is completely redesigned and has everything you could ever need to create a wonderful island meal right at home! You can dine inside in the formal dining room, or like most people, you will probably choose to just dine outside on the ocean side lanai instead, as you watch the waves break over the ocean.
To make sure your electronic and entertainment needs are satisfied, there is a TV in the living room, as well as TVs in both of the bedrooms. There is a Stereo system with CD player, a VCR, DVD player, FREE High Speed, wireless internet service, phones, answering machine, and new digital phone service. You can now call anywhere in the US or Canada while staying here. (Unlimited, and FREE of Charge).
Just steps from your door, you can stroll the seemingly endless, sand beach and enjoy unobstructed views of the famous 'Sleeping Giant' Mountain as well as the Kalalea Mountains. Only 5 minutes from the airport, the Kauai Beach Resort is centrally located on the island, midway between Hanalei - Princeville to the north, and Poipu - Waimea to the south & west. You are only 5 minutes from the Coconut Marketplace where you’ll find a variety of shops, restaurants and a movie theater. You are also within 5 minutes of the Wailua River, Fern Grotto, Wailua Falls, Opaeka'a Falls, Lydgate State Beach Park (Perfect for snorkeling), Golf, boutiques, art galleries, a 24-hour Safeway grocery store, Long’s Drug’s and even a Blockbuster video. We have our own pool & spa at the condo complex, but because we are the adjoining property to the Kauai Beach Resort Hotel, you also have the opportunity to use their facilities, and gorgeous ocean front pool.
