Welcome to 'THE WILD DUNNS', on the Isle of Palms, South Carolina. Elegant new renovated home in the Isle of Palms. Renovations include all new furniture, hardwood floors, brand new bathrooms with new tile and tubs & updated kitchen equipped with a flat cook top, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops! This home additionally features a private swimming pool and hot tub! This will be a vacation to remember! 1.5 Blocks to the beach, straight down 42nd Ave. The house sleeps 10 people and is just a short walk (240 yards) to the beach and only 15 miles to Charleston. The Wild Dunns has 4 bedrooms and 5 elegant baths remodeled with new tile, large deck with private pool and hot tub, and two master bedroom suites, each with a tub and separate shower. Winter guests particularly love the six-person hot tub on the deck under the stars.

First Floor: Master BR has a king-size bed, TV, walk-in closet, 2 sinks, and a separate room with toilet and shower.
On the mid-level: The mid-level of the house has a master suite with queen bed, private bath with tiled shower.
On the top level: The top level has a bath with shower/tub and two bedrooms; bedroom one has 2 sets of twin bunks with full sized beds underneath. For 2 Fulls and 2 Twins. The second bedroom has a Queen bedroom and bath.
Additional Features: The ground level includes a 2-car garage, outdoor shower, and private back yard with manicured grounds and orange trees.
This home is near the Morgan Creek Public Marina. Plenty of room for your boat at this location for easy access to the Waterway. Many award winning golf courses nearby as well! This is an area with the most beautiful and pristine beaches on the Isle of Palms, SC and only 15 minutes from Historic Charleston. Please, no smoking or pets.

I booked this property for a relaxing bachelorette weekend for 8 girls. The entire experience was incredible. Every annoying question that I asked before the trip was answered immediately and the booking process was easy. We arrived at the house and were extremely pleased - it was gorgeous and looked exactly like the photos had displayed. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and was very clean and waiting for our arrival. I would recommend this property and this company to anyone.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We enjoyed our stay very much and found the house very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The only complaint I can give is I wish there had been a full-sized ironing board. Other than that everything was great!! The kitchen was well-equipped and beautiful. We all loved the house and if we ever come back we will certainly use your agency again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We loved the cleanliness of the house and the pool was great!! The vacation rental agent we worked with was extremely helpful. It was nice to have the access code prior to arriving so that we didn't have to stop anywhere beforehand. I definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting to vacation on the Isle of Palms!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
