Wow- you would probably spend more for a single lousy room at the Ramada. Why not stay in a 2 BR condo right on the beach for my 'I hate vacancy' rate?
Our two bedroom condo in Fort Walton Beach Florida is located directly on the beach. The unit is a 6th floor condominium with a heated pool, tennis court, shuffle board and barbecue grills. We can sleep 6 comfortably. Our unit has a fully equipped kitchen, televisions and VCR in each bedroom. The family room has a DVD player. Relax and enjoy yourself in Ft Walton Beach, our condo is located on Okaloosa Island just 4-5 miles from Destin. Fort Walton Beach, Sea Oats, Okaloosa Island, Destin and FAMILY FUN are synonymous.
The famous Okaloosa Fishing Pier and Florida Gulfarium are within easy walking distance. Every amenity or activity you could possibly want at the beach is just minutes away along with your choice of dozens of restaurants of all types. You will not find a nicer condo with an owner who has tons of references. And don't forget to check out our no-cost hurricane policy...to protect your vacation investment...just in case.

About the owner: We are not professional real estate people. We have real jobs in a logistics business owned by Phil and brother Sam. We enjoy the rental business as it helps secure our family’s future and we are privileged to make so many friends all around the U.S. and Canada. We pride ourselves on having repeat guests and referrals. We need both to make this work. Along with our 12 year old daughter, we visit the area several times a year and are quite familiar with many of things to do. Why the Owner Chose Sea Oats:
We are beach lovers who live near the Atlantic Ocean, only 3 hours from the resort town of Ocean City, MD. As beach lovers, we had heard of the powder white sands and gorgeous clear waters of the Gulf Coast. We first came to visit in 1999 and quickly fell in love with the place. We now drive the 16 hours to the Gulf instead of 3 hours to the Atlantic. Our love for the area has extended to 4 rental properties and a good excuse to visit as often as possible!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love staying at Sea Oats because of the awesome beach, which is just steps off the elevator. And in the cooler season, having a heated pool is wonderful. For those days when we are not on the beach, there are so many things to do that are just minutes from this condo. I don't care to drive all over when on vacation, and the location of Sea Oats allows us to be anywhere in the area quickly.
