Beautiful Apartment in the Historic City Centre of Florence

  The flat was as advertised- clean and tastefully furnished. Stayed 7 days and enjoyed being able to get away from the crowds in central Firenze. My husband and I walked everywhere, train station and to all of the museums. There's a grocery store and playground within 2-3 blocks. The view from the small terraces off the kitchen and one of bedroom was overlooking yards which were in full bloom. The flat is located on a main street but it was quiet because of new windows in the living room and front bedroom. Had a problem operating the washer (don't read Italian) but it was taken care of quickly. Highly recommend this flat and would love to stay there again if I return to Firenze. Only con - the cost of sending the deposit via wire transfer. My bank charge was high.

  After having the pleasure of spending July in this apartment ,I agree with the other posted reviews. Alessandro and Enrico were very helpful, the location was great and the apartment was as advertised. However the best feature was to be located in a neighborhood that allowed us to feel like locals. With the train station just a short 20 min. walk, we were able to take day trips throughout the region. We are already planning a return visit.

  We spent two weeks at this apartment and had a wonderful time in Florence and surroundings. The apartment is very nicely furnished and spacious, well located, convenient both for visits in the city and to the beautiful small towns in Tuscany. It was all better than in the photos and as described. The owners were very nice and ready to help us. Cleaning was provided after the first week, as well as cleaning stuff to cover the first days, so all went well during our stay. Everything was perfect at the apartment and we would certainly go back. (It is a perfect place to go with your dog too).

  My husband and I spent 1 month in a lovely Giotto apartment in June 2012. The place is really cosy and beautiful, it has everything that can be needed during your vacation. Besides, it is within walking distance to all the sightseeing of Florence. The apartment is located in such a beautiful neighbourhood that it is definitely a pleasure to have a walk to all those sightseeings. There were 2 groceries nearby and plenty of nice restaurants and trattorias. We were absolutely in love with this apartment and with the city, of course. We are definitely planning to come back & to stay at the same apartment. The apartment owners were really helpful and friendly. In my opinion, the apartment looked even better in reality than on the pictures. Thank you, Enrico, Alessandro and Arianna.

  Where can we begin? This apartment was amazing! It is exactly as featured in the photographs, only it's even bigger in person...we had so much room! This was a wonderful place for us to call home for a week while we toured the Florence and Tuscany region. We had a car so our landlord, Enrico, turned us onto a parking area just a 5-minute walk away in which we had in and out privileges for one week at a total cost of 55 euros! Enrico and Augusta were very helpful and kind...we loved this apartment so much, we will absolutely be back. The Ponte Vecchio is a 20-minute walk; Uffize - 25 minutes...we walked everywhere! In the opposite direction, down the block from the apartment is an excellent shop to buy bread, as well as a "penny market" where we did our shopping. For dinner, definitely go to "Firenze BBQ" and "Pandemonium"...they are right near the parking are I mentioned above.

  We had the pleasure of staying in this apartment in July of 2011. Our party of (4) was met in a most timely manner by our Host and given an informative tour of our accommodations, directions to a market, as well as recommendations to a number of restaurants nearby. The apartment was immaculate, well furnished and as described, in easy walking distance of downtown Florence and all her beautiful sites. We found the market well stocked for our needs. The restaurants were so good we actually returned several times. The description of this property is spot on. We would return without any hesitation.

  We loved our stay here. The apartment is very well laid out and comfortable and had everything we possibly could need. The pictures on the website are quite accurate, it's gorgeous. We were very close to a super market so we had a wide range of options regarding food and drink. I would much rather stay here than a hotel any day!

  We stayed in this apartment for a week in August 2011. Not only the apartment was nice, clean, bright, fresh (air conditioner is indispensable in summer in Florence) and comfortable, but it had absolutely everything we needed or could have needed. Moreover, it is situated in a very nice district - with groceries at short distance. Finally, last but not least, Enrico, who welcome us and took care of our stay is absolutely charming. I strongly recommend this apartment.

  My husband and I recently stayed in the apartment for 2 nights with our two children. The apartment was beautiful and spacious. It had everything we needed and the owners were prompt to answer any of our questions and were kind enough to call a taxi for us on our departure. The apartment is in a nice residential area within walking distance to all the popular tourist sites. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone with children. It was a great value for the accomodations.

  We stayed at this apartment from April 1 to April 14, 2010. The listings description of the location was accurate, and the apartment was even better than the photos in the virtual tour. Arianna and Enrico were very helpful in meeting our quiries and needs. We heartily recommend this property to others. Although elderly, we did not find the stairs a problem. The Trattoria Sabatina on Via Pisana is worth a visit, and the Boboli Gardens nearby are a must see.
