Everything was corresponding at the photos. Very nice place to stay with a beautiful view on the beach. When you are woken up with the rising of the sun and jump to the beach for a beautiful morning swim. It let you great souvenir. If you have a car, it's a perfect place to stay. Some minors issues with the cleaning. We are family of five with a baby and two older children and everyone took a great pleasure to stay there. We will certainly come again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This is a very spacious, clean, and modern property! The views from the balcony and bedroom can't be beat! We liked the fact that we didn't have to fight for space on the beach. Everyone on staff was wonderful, especially the parking attendants! We will definitely come back to this property next time we visit Hollywood Beach! Thanks for a great stay!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We stayed in the apartment during NOV 2010 with 3 people. The apartment is very large. The interiour is practical and fulfills all needs for holidays. The view is spectecular and as described. Some minor spots in the floor and on the sofa show that the place has seen several guests already. Upon on arrival the apartment was clean, only exception was the kitchen with some minor leftovers of former guests, but no big problem. Pool and fitness room are in good condition. The beach is perfect and right behind the building. Enough parking available, only question why you need to pay for valid parking as we parked the whole time the car by our own and used the back entrance. The service provided by the agency where we rented the apartment was very good. No problems even we arrived very late at night. In the surrounding of the building are some of shops like 7 eleven etc. however we missed some near by restaurants to go by foot. In total we very much liked Florida and the apartment. We have no problem in recommending it for your vacation at all.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
