This house is a twenty-year project. Everything has been redone. The living room has 19 windows. The 400 sq. ft. master bedroom has multiple windows, 2 sky-lights, a walk-in closet, private bathroom and a deck with a view of the ocean. A custom spiral staircase leads up to the master suite. A gazebo with a wishing well is located on the deck, a hot tub is located in the front yard and is surronded by a stone and wood fence built by Mike Metzler. The front yare has adjustable lighting for balmy nights. Landscaping is lush with varieties of succulents, palm and joshua trees. The property also features an outdoor gas Bar-B-Q, a putting green, a Tiki Bar, and a shuffelboard court.
This house was designed for 2 to 4 adults to totally relax and recharge. If you are looking for your typical
beach rental this is not the house for you. But if you like a blend of classy and unusual, if you love custom and cool- You will have a great time! Each year we strive to improve and upgrade the property. We welcome your comments and suggestions.
It is available for office parties, birthday parties, and small weddings for 10 to 30 people, call for these rates and details.

This is our first time exploring the Central Coast for a few days. We live in a small coastal town in San Mateo County a few hours north.A great place to unwind and get ready for the New Year in a unique little place in a neighborhood where alot of homes are vacation only places, no noisy neighbors, in a relaxed little beach town The house is quirky but works as a great base station for exploring, easy beach access across the street, walked to the pier, hot tub is great and front yard patio area fenced and well lit at night if its warm out, nice BBQ out front also. we did salmon, steak and sausage, easy auto light grill, Lots of natural light in the house. A little road noise from Hwy 1, but we live on a dead street so not used to any traffic noise. Duckies Seafood at the pier awesome lunch, the local grocery store had fresh local produce, great steaks and homemade sausage. Visited Cambria for the afternoon, Main St Grill good tri-tip sandwich, Morro Bay Los Osos, the parks are great, The Galley restraurant in Morro Bay is so great service, food, the scallops are fabulous. Saw whales and elephant seals on the way home up Hwy 1. Definitely coming back again to explore further. Be prepared bring your beach gear, binoculars, camera, bikes, or whatever to maximize your visit. Linda the property manager and the owner are nice and very helpful. We loved this charming little vacation house. The loft style was perfect for us two couples that stayed together, and the kitschy decor was so cute. Being on the central coast was such a lovely break from the hustle and bustle of Los Angles. We used the hot tub to relax at the end of the day and loved sitting around in the seating area in the loft. The beach was a quick walk from the house and downtown Cayucos was about 2 miles away in the car. We came for a wedding, but it was so nice to have a little retreat to return to, far better than had both couples spent the same amount on hotel rooms for two nights. On Sunday, we were able to catch a little football on the TV before heading into Morro Bay for breakfast. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for kitschy charm and an escape, it's not a fancy resort but that's what we loved about it.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway.
