We have stayed in this condo several years in a row. We love renting from the Long's and love that we do not need a swipe key to get into the condo. The keypad is a life saver! The new flat screen tv's and blu ray player were a great new addition! We loved spending time on the beach and then going to one of our favorite restaurants and then heading back to the condo to watch a free movie on Netflix! Thanks again and look forward to many more years of vacations!

Owner response:We develop repeat guests by giving them extra discounts and incentives to return every year. We listen to what they like about their stay at our condominium. We listen to their suggestions and what they want in their vacation experience. Long term repeat guests are given the week they want a year ahead of time at a discount without the necessity of a security deposit. We do everything we can to help them enjoy their vacation and want to come back again next year!! Our goal is to develop this relationship with all of our guests. Roger Long

We just left this condo yesterday and had a wonderful stay. the condo has a great view in a wonderful location and everyting you will need inside. Mr. Long was very nice to work with too. We hope to visit again soon!

Our vacation at 301 Pelican Isle was outstanding. The condo's furnishings were as comfortable as being home. Mr. Long was a pleasure to do business with. The beach and weather was wonderful. We will definitely return. We also enjoyed several restaurants in the area. We highly recommend Louisiana Lagniappe in Destin.

Thank you, Roger and Phyllis, for an amazing vacation. My husband and I loved every minute of it, and the kids were extremely excited. Usually, we're ready to pack up and go home by the end of the week, but not this time. You almost had to come down and drag us out! The condo was beautiful, clean and spacious - not like some of the dumpy hotels we have had the misfortune to stay in. This was just like home on the beach. With dolphins as our pets... :-) Thanks for the wonderful time!

Our stay at the condo was great for a week in October. The view was beautiful, the weather was perfect, the beach was clean, water was clear, the condo was perfect and equiped with everything we needed and then some. Thank you Roger for the rental and we will definitely be back again.

We had a wonderful time on Okaloosa Island. The condo had everything that we needed and the view was awesome. Roger happened to be in the area at the same time we were and stopped by to see if there was anything else that we needed. The Long's are very caring and helpful and want you to have a great vacation. We will definitely try to book the condo the next time we vacation in the Destin area.

Our stay at #301 Pelican Isle was great. The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. It is very spacious and the view from the balcony is wonderful. Since it is a corner unit, the balcony wraps around giving you a view of the entire area. Roger Long was very helpful and easy to contact with questions. We look forward to a return visit.

Wow!!! What a great experience!! The Long's are so easy to work with and so honest and nice!! It was a pleasure doing business with them. The condo is everything you could desire!! It was very clean, nicely decorated and the view is breath taking!! The location is perfect because it a little less busy than Destin commons, yet it is near everything you need on a vacation!! I have experienced four different vacation condo's in this area and this one is by far my favorite!! Can't wait to return next year!!! I have already recommended this condo to all my family and friends!! Thanks for the experience!!

March 29, 2006 The #301 Pelican Isle corner condo, located On Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL, we rented from Roger and Phyllis Long was very nice and quite comfortable. It was clean and well maintained. It was tastefully decorated and supplied with just about every item you could possibly need in a condo. The Gulf views are incredible! The balcony offers you a panoramic view of the beach and ocean. We enjoyed watching the dolphins swim and play each morning. The white, sugary sand makes anyone want to go for a barefoot walk on the beach. The ocean color changes each day and really is a gorgeous shade of emerald most days. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub were a must in the cooler weather. They were clean and well maintained. The Pelican Isle grounds were clean and attractive. The local restuarants are quite good and offer just about every type of dining experience you could possibly want. (So many to choose from and so little time.) The Publix supermarket is located nearby and offers everything from fine wines, a bakery, a deli, and all your other grocery needs. Roger and Phyllis Long were nice, courteous, and honest people. They made renting a condo on vrbo a positive experience. We hope to make a return visit. John and Sharon Olson Wabasha, Minnesota

Wonderful views and an excellent Condo. We decided to follow our son's Baseball Team to Florida at the last minute. Roger accomadated us with a contract and keys in two days. Great service and everything met and exceeded our expectations.

This was a great condo and location! The condo was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Parking was easy and the elevators were very accessible. We were pleased to find plenty of linens, cleaning items and some basic groceries (coffee, tea, mustard, ketchup, etc.)waiting for us. There was a TV in the living and both bedrooms. The whirlpool bath was really a nice extra. Best of all was the wonderful view! This is an end condo right on the beach with spectacular views. The balcony goes across the front of the living room and around to the side and back of the condo. I loved standing or sitting on the balcony litening to and watching the ocean - and we both got to see dolphins! This area is less crowded and commercial than Destin proper but still close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Finally, the Longs are great to work with as owners. We highly recommend this rental.
