Cozy, classy, comfortable condo on 3rd floor with end unit panoramic ocean views. It is in a secure building with covered parking and elevator. Renovations included granite counter top, SS appliances, hardwood floors, updated bathrooms and new paint. Condo has newer furniture and bedding, including mattresses with memory foam toppers. The kitchen is well-equipped with every gadget you might need. Also included is a washer/dryer. HD TVs in first bedroom and living area. Family and kids games along with cards and books are also kept handy. Sand toys, noodles, boogie boards all there in season.
The private walkway leads directly onto the pristine Carolina Beach. Beautiful landscaping and a secure gated entry complete this beautiful property. It is also only steps from the Boardwalk. Britt's donuts anyone? Fireworks every Thurs. Night in the summer can be seen from your own private balcony.
We tend to book quickly for the spring and summer. Don't let your week slip away at the classy condo. We know how hard you work to spend one glorious week a year at the beach. That is why we make every effort to make your week as special as possible.
Since the ocean and pool are only steps away, little time is spent lugging things to and from the beach. There is an old fashioned carnival on location from Memorial Day to Labor Day complete with the ferris wheel and cotton candy. The fireworks are spectacular! Movies in the Park only three blocks away. Rent bicycles, carts, wagons or surries to ride on the beach or in the biking lanes.
Historic Wilmington is only 20 minutes away. Enjoy walking by old southern mansions or taking a ride in a carriage or trolley. History buffs will enjoy the Ft. Fisher Military Musesum or a tour of the USS Carolina Battleship.
Britt's Donuts on the Boardwalk is not to be missed. Best donut ever! They have awards to prove it. They are a Carolina Beach 'claim to fame'.
Local bands and entertainment are abundant on Firda/Saturday nights free on the Boardwalk. Check the billboard for listings and times.
But honestly, many people come planning to do all those things, and the favorite remains, which is sitting on the balcony of the Classy Condo listening to the waves of the mighty Atlantic. Be sure to get up early at least one morning for the best sunrise ever.

The condo is very well kept and very clean. Beds are comfortable and most everything you need is supplied. Unfortunately our AC went out! We had to move to another condo which was not nearly as nice as The Classy Condo. The weather was great tho our last day it was very cool. Jan is very good to work with and keeps this condo in very nice condition. I would stay here again! :)Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thank you for the compliments and I am glad you liked the Classy Condo enough to want to come back. Unfortunately a 3 rating does not reflect that. Yes, the air conditioner did go out, was serviced with no results. My Rental Policy states every effect will be made to correct the situation but no compensation will be made. But I did compensate by moving you to another condo at my expense. I do hope you will choose another condo for your next visit to Carolina Beach.

The place is absolutely adorable. Very homey and comfy. Excellent location. My family and I would definitely stay here again. The best part is the very sweet and personable owner. She actually emailed us right before we left to settle last minute things and wished us a safe trip. My husband also spoke to her over the phone and found her to be so nice. It is always good renting from good people. Highly recommended house and location!!Owner response: Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. Everything about this condo was just as described. The owner is easy to communicate with and when an issue came up, she quickly resolved it! It was chilly when we visited, but the porch was a great place to sit and read and enjoy the view! There are lots of great places to go within walking distance. We can't wait to stay here again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

What a wonderful time we had in NC. I have been to Carolina Beach a couple of times so far this is my favorite place to stay. The name Classy Condo fits it well. Everything was clean and tastefully decorated. We brought a friend with us that has never been to NC and she couldn't believe how great this condo was. We all felt right at home the views were as wonderful as you see in the pictures and we found everything we needed to cook a few meals. I will be coming back…. Need to come when we can get wet in the ocean. The owner was wonderful to work with and sent all the information needed to enjoy our wonderful stay. Thanks again for sharing your condo.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Beautiful! Pictures were accurate and we were not dissappointed. Condo had everything we needed, except a cheese grater for nachos...Will remember to bring one next time. Ocean views and breezes were unbelievable. Would definitely recommend the condo and the area to friends and family. Jan, Your Condo is very clean and decorated very well. The beds are very comfortable and the location is great. We truly enjoyed the peace and quiet and the use of your slice of heaven. Only a day and a half left of our 1st NC vacation, but by no means are we ready for it to end. We have looked forward to a week at the beach since January and have enjoyed it very much. The condo was above and beyond our expectations and to be right on the ocean was such a treat for 3 vacationers from MN. We soaked up the sun as much as possible. We truly enjoyed our stay. First impression - WOW! Second impression - I'm glad we chose to stay at the Classy Condo. Jan has done a wonderful job decorating the condo to make it feel like a vacation retreat and cozy at the same time. A great place for visiting sites in the area because it is centrally located. About the owner: We retired from Pittsburgh PA where we lived for 17 years. After looking at many places we decided on a community called Brunswick Forest in Leland just over he bridge from Wilmingon NC. We had vacationed here many years and loved the mild weather and being close to the beach. My husband being an avid golfer was now 'home' for our retirement years.
Why the Owner Chose Carolina Beach:
While building our house in Brunswick Forest, we rented a condo at Carolina Beach oceanfront. Wow! Needless to say we feel in love with oceanfront living and the beautiful NC coastal area. After about a year, I quite by accident found this great little gem. Since I am not one to retire, decided to purchase it, furnish it and rent it.
As soon as we first stepped in and saw the beautiful panoramic view I knew we had something special. Along with an elevator, covered parking, steps to the beach and pristine pool the previous owner had put $40,000 into renovating it!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
There are many unique benefits to this condo. Not only is the view spectacular, it is in the heart of Carolina Beach. One can walk to restaurants, the Boardwalk, amusements and Britt's donuts. But nothing beats sitting on the balcony watching the mighty Atlantic go in and out. The sunrises are gorgeous! You will also see the shrimp boats go by along with dolphins almost every morning!
It just doesn't get any better. We are so blessed!
