Welcome to our Gulf View condo. Our unit is located on the second floor of Gulf View II Condominiums. We are part of the beautiful Emerald Coast beaches of South Walton County. We are part of the Destin and Miramar Beach, Florida communities. We are located halfway between Pensacola and Panama City Beach Florida. Destin has an airport that accepts small jets. Okaloosa regional airport is only 15 minutes away. We are located about 30 minutes from Eglin Air Force Base.
We have an end unit that has its own gated front porch that overlooks one of the two pools and the jacuzzi. Our condo sleeps six. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, two hall bunks, and a queen sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the conveniences of home. NEWLY REMODELED WITH TILE FLOORS THROUGHOUT (2008).
We have a TV in the living room with a VCR/DVD and a TV in the bedroom with a DVD, PlayStation, and stereo/CD player. We have just changed the decor to a tropical theme. This unit has the largest square footage at Gulfview II. Seven years of happy customers so far! !

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The property is part of a complex that only has 3 building, 3 floors, and about 20 units per floor. In other words, SMALL Family atmosphere. It is one of the FEW condos that has a gated front porch as well as balcony. The porch overlooks the heated pool/hot tub. The washer/dryer area is less than 8 steps from the front porch. GREAT UNIT if you have kids or if you just like to sit outside and chill.
