Wonderful and quaint Craftsman style home in the downtown upper east side of Santa Barbara.
The exterior of the home is very well maintained. It has a rear fenced patio for your children and pets.
The interior of the home was completely remodeled in 2010 and features a living room with plasma TV, gas fireplace and mission style period furniture. The sofa also has a queen sleeper. There is high speed Wifi connection throughout the home.
The kitchen is brand new with all new appliances, cabinets, counter tops, flooring and eat in breakfast table with seating for 4. The large dining room can accommodate table seating up to 8.
There is a California King size bed in the master bedroom and queen size bed in the guest bedroom. The living room also has a sofa that converts into queen size bed.
The home is located in a very nice neighborhood within 5 blocks of the downtown area and many Santa Barbara activities and attractions.

The home was just as described...Everything was nice and clean and in good working order. The house set up was comfortable and spacious, there were plenty of clean towels and laundry and dryer available too. Close to State street! Will definitely consider staying here again in the future!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

The property owner found put us in this location very last minute and it worked out wonderfully. This is a charming home with all the necessities. It had two great bedrooms, a very comfy living room with a great tv, and we really enjoyed cooking dinner and sitting in the dining room. The kitchen had everything needed to make some great meals. I'd definitely stay here again!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My family and friend stayed at the cottage Labor Day weekend and had a great time! The listing was accurate and the photos were spot on. David made the stay there very convenient. We had a wedding to go to downtown and everything was very close and convenient. My friend's 2.5 yr old daughter and my 2 yr old son had a lot of fun at the nearby park (walkable) and the beach (a short drive down the main road for us, but I believe the trolley is easy too). I would recommend this if you want a place close to downtown and not too far from the beach. It also had plenty of room for the kids to run around in and play out front in the yard.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, families with young children.

Perfect location - easy access to downtown shops, restaurants, Mission, sightseeing, beach, parks - yet in a quiet residential setting. Cottage was better than anticipated - very clean, renovated, comfortable, and well-furnished. And Dave, our host, was readily available if needed and full of info.
