This condo is very clean and well located. There's a grocery store, a fresh bakery and a natural food store within walking distance. And the owners are very friendly and very accommodating. We will definitively come back.

This property is a compact, well maintained flat that looks even better than in the photos . It is located close to the Park City ski run and local amenities. A network of free buses take you to other ski resorts and local attractions. There is plenty of parking if you have your own transport. The flat is quiet, comfortable, well maintained and has every appliance and modern convenience you could need. Having 2 bathrooms was fantastic. The owners were easy to contact and were very helpful with any queries that we had.

Great Park City Ski Vacation

My wife and I traveled to Park City in February 2012 for a ski vacation. Prior to departure, the owners of the condo were extremely helpful. They promptly and politely answered all our Park City vacation questions. Upon arrival we found the condo to be as advertised. It is very conveniently located in the center of town. We thought it was very up to date and well kept. The furnishings were nice and adequate. We had the necessary bowls, plates, cups, and utensils to eat breakfast and make our lunches before we left for skiing. We skied Park City the first day; we took the short bus ride (probably 2-3 minutes) at the beginning of the day and walked back to the condo (about 10 minutes) at the end of the day. We skied at the Canyons and Deer Valley on our 2nd and 3rd days. Both of those resorts can be accessed by bus; however, we had a rental car because we got one so cheaply. The parking was free at both of the resorts. The Canyons was probably a 10-12 minute drive and Deer Valley was less than 10 minutes. We really enjoyed all 3 resorts and don't think you can go wrong with any of them. For dinner, we ate at the nearby Squatters Roadhouse one night and ventured over to Main Street on the other two nights. On Main Street, we ate at the No Name Saloon and at Main Street Pizza and Noodle. We liked all the restaurants with No Name Saloon being our favorite. The Main Street area is very nice with lots of souvenior shops, restaurants, etc. We only had two minor issues. One was that the condo is located on a main road running through Park City which created some noise at night. It didn't disrupt us or cause us to lose any sleep, but we did notice it. The other issue was that one of the two showers fluctuated in temperature from cool to hot; this wasn't a big issue as I just showered in the other bathroom. I contacted the owners who said they recently had that shower serviced; they were going to notify a handyman to correct the issue. From dealing with these owners, I have no doubt they will promptly correct the issue. All in all, we had a great trip and would definitely stay in this condo again. If you have any questions, just contact the owners as they are very helpful and will shoot you straight. Enjoy your trip to Park City!

Overall, the accommodations were very nice. The location is great. The condo was clean and well-stocked with the necessities and a few extras. However, I felt I should touch on a few negative aspects of our stay. First, we were unable to use the hot tub due to the uncleanly conditions. There was a very foul odor coming from that room and the floor was covered in mold/mildew. Another review seemed to have had the same experience. The plumbing was less than satisfactory with unpredictable temperature flucatuations in the shower being most notable. Upon bringing this to the attention of the owner, he acknowledged that they had issues and had recently completed maintenance to resolve this issue. Unfortuantely, it didn't seem to work. We had settled on this property due in part to some very positive reviews on VRBO, though I felt an honest review of the property was in order. Apparently the owner doesn't agree. Unless you feel like writing a glowing review of this property, you might expect a spiteful response to your posting as we did. Let's just say we were less than satisfied with the customer service.

A very well kept condo perfect for 2-3 people. The owners take great pride in their property & are very responsive to any issues that may arise. Had mountain view, the only downside is that it is noisy during the day, quiets down at late night. Park City overall is quite noisy because of the buses that run all day & night-it's a trade off. Convenient to the supermarket, Rite Aid & mountain. Well decorated. Wouldn't bother with the hot tub in the basement -it's a little creepy-nothing to do with the owners though. A great value that we would certainly consider using again.

The unit is EXTREMELY clean. Serious pride of ownership. Yes, the building overall is older, but the location can't be beat---literally 1/4 mile from PC resort. Having Chez Betty onsite is a serious plus. Unless you are invalid, you don't need a car to access all of PC from here---1 block to grocery store (2 blocks to the second), plus the bus system is excellent. Back to the unit---perfect for a family of 4 with small kids---good queen sofa sleeper, nice utensils & cookware (all new/newer). Cable worked great, as did free WiFi. Unit is immaculate & all the appliances/furnishings are updated. We stayed over Thanksgiving on short notice & paid well below what Marriott & others were charging. EXTREMELY satisfied. Negatives: its on the tip of PC, so there is some road noise from 224 (same for all resorts/hotels down here). The hot tub area sucks. The hot tub itself is fine, but there is a serious mildew problem/smell---totally due to the construction & liability issues---built in the 70's, the building management has put in a layer of non-slip plastic stuff over the original tile, and as a result the water in-between never dries & the place reeks of mildew. Its only a problem in the hot tub (the sauna is great), and my young kids didn't care/notice, but wifey did. Its a building issue, and not an owner issue. Small/minor other complaints: the dishwasher isn't great---whether its scale or soap residue, the glasses didn't seem clean after a cycle. The pillows could have been better---down just traps odors & these were getting a bit long in the tooth. And thats it---small, very minor annoyances that I would have been upset if I was spending $$$$ to stay, but for the price, were expected. From some of the other horror stories about units in @#@#@#@, was prepared for the worst, but unit #@# is very, very nice.

This condo was very clean, so close to all the happenings in Park City, steps away from a bus stop for the free bus system that connect all over the valley, and very comfortable. The towels and linens were plentiful and plush, the kitchen well-stocked with utensils and basic spices. Each day I walked to the lovely downtown center of Park City in addition to taking the free bus to an amazing farmer's market or to try out different running trails. Thank you for this incredibly comfortable and easy retreat!
