  This little condo suited us four adults perfectly! Located right on the strip near shops, walking distance to the bar, and ocean views! The condo was very clean and the property owners were easy to get ahold of; Very friendly. The only con was the pool was colder than the ocean! but then again we did visit in march. My favorite part was enjoying breakfast on the balcony every morning! Would stay here again!

  THE PLACE WAS VERY DIRTY. YELLOW PILLOWS, STAINED QUILTS, RUSTED COFFEE POT PLATE, DIRTY CARPETS, ET.... NO MATTER WHAT I PAY FOR A PLACE, I EXPECT IT TO BE CLEANED. THE SOFAS WERE SANDY AND DIRTY. WE WERE PLACED IN A HOUSE TRYING TO STRAIGHTEN THINGS OUT. THE HOUSE WAS DIRTY TOO. ONLY CLEAN THING WERE SHEETS AND TOWELS.

  Promised a hair dryer, sunscreen, shampoo-none was there. I have pictures of mold on shower cutain,stained pillows, & exhaust fans loaded with dust. The exhaust fan in 2nd bathroom was non-functioning. In our confirmation e-mail we were given the wrong address and no room number. On day 2, I called Becca asking for a working hair dryer-said she would have one sent right over-never arrived. We were told to run the dishwasher before we left & there was no dish washing liquid. The listing photos were much nicer than the real thing. The property was fairly clean, but needs much maintenance a some updating. Would I recommend this property to a friend-probably not.

I will take an inventory today and make sure all items are in place for our next guest.   This condo is perfect for a long weekend at the beach. The view is unbeatable. All of the restaurants and shops were within walking distance of the condo. We found the condo to be very clean and well equipped. We would definitely stay there again.

  This was an excellent condo to rent. The location was easy to get find. The condo was clean and updated. The beach is located across the street. My family and I will rent this condo again on our next visit to IOP!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  This condo is wonderful! Very clean, plenty of space. It was fabulous for a quick weekend with friends. Beautiful views of the ocean from the patio. The bedrooms feature one queen and two twin beds. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio each morning. Just about a 3 minute walk to the beach. Loved it!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, adventure seekers.
