  Pros: Located close to town - Convenient location - competitive pricing - cooperative owners when we call at midnight asking directions - Good water pressure - good supply of dishes and utensils - Cons: Inaccurate directions, (Says to go .1 miles up hill and it's .35 miles (big difference when looking for somewhere you've never been) very hard to find at night - no light at the sign to turn - inconvenient parking situation, have to park on road - Placement of hot tub, it's wedged into the corner of the porch w/no lighting for it - didn't feel safe with it being open air/woods around us - Only one shower for 4-6 people was very inconvenient - Fireplace was out of order - Glider/Rocker was broke - Cheap grade toilet paper - SHEETS were not clean appropriately! Felt the need to change them before sleeping that night - Cheap sheets a polyester/silk knock off - I know all of this stuff is very nit picky- but all things that could be avoidable w/the right cleaning service (may have to pay them more but worth it for your visitors) - and WiFi didn't work the whole time ( I know it says that it's not guaranteed but still a disappointment) - uneven heating and cooling for upstairs and downstairs - Inaccurate pictures of the view from the back porch it's all trees and the back of another cabin - grill was dirty - back porch needed swept - swing was broke Overall mostly things we should've researched before going so no one to blame but ourselves - just expected more - Nice people and pretty cabin - just could put a little more thought into it :) good luck and hope you continue to progress!

  Owner response: Thank you for your feed back. Your response is always appreciated. This cabin is in a very convenient location. It is just minutes from the center of Pigeon Forge. The distance in the directions has been corrected. That has not been pointed out before and is very important. The parking is parallel along a shared driveway but is not actually a street. The hot tub is located in the corner of the back deck up against the home. This is the only available place for it. There is one shower on the main floor and a large jacuzzi tub upstairs. The fireplace is not in operation during this time of year. We apologize that you were not happy with the sheets. This issue will be addressed with the cleaning contractor and resolved immediately. There is no WIFI in this home and it is not advertised to have wifi. The view from the back porch is taken at the edge of the hot tub and is accurate to the view. Also, the pollen through the spring has been a real problem on keeping the back deck clean. It is being pressure washed again as we approach summer. Again thank you for your feed back. We are always open to input in hopes to make your stay more enjoyable.
