  Casa koyari is a great place to spend an Aruba Vacation. This house is close to all the activity you could want from the high rise district while having the solitude of a private home. The house is large and very comfortable. The bedrooms are large with ample storage. The open floor plan of the remainder of the home offers plenty of space to be together but not on top of each other. The outdoor space is just fantastic. There is ample seating around the pool and on the lower patio. I was in the pool every morning before going to the beach and back in the pool unon our return, then again after dinner. If you enjoy cooking the grill area and kitchen offer enough of what you need to put together any meal; The outdoor shower is a bonus. The home has six Tommy Bahama beach chairs. We liked them so much I ordered two when we got home. I highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Aruba

  Alicia, We had a very good trip. The weather was great but a bit windier then usual I'm told. Several days the wind was over 35 mph with gusts to 40 but we found places stay out of the wind. We thought your house was great. It is so spacious and comfortable. The outdoor space was just fantastic. I spent a good amount of time in the pool while Carole read in a lounge chair after returning from our daily trips to the beach. The staff from the rental agency were great. They were helpful, polite and professional. Thank you for the opportunity to rent from you

  All of these glowing reviews, believe every word of it! This place is FANTASTIC, from the gracious, extremely easy to work with owners to the lush, magical grounds. The MINUTE we walked into this home, I could not wipe the smile off my face. What an amazing entrance, I couldn't believe that this is what we were getting to live in for the next 2 weeks. The woman from the property rental co. was very nice and had everything ready to go for us, and she took the time to answer all our questions and give us all the necessary information. Also, if we needed ANYTHING pertaining to the house during the weeks, the response time was unbelievably quick and they were so friendly! The house has everything you could possibly need, plus it was decorated with taste reflecting the perfect tropical getaway. We did spend most of our time outdoors though, by that glorious new pool at 8am sharp everyday. The outside of this house is made for a party, this would be a great group house. We had almost every meal outside, whether it was at the beautiful long wood table made for 12, or in the gazebo with cushy couches, or the cute little cafe table under the palm. Lazily lounging and reading until noon was the beginning of our day, then packing up a delicious lunch very easily prepared in our great kitchen and heading off to the beach until sunset. A great thing about having an actual home like this to stay in, is the CONVENIENCE. Everything is right there for you. The location is prime, so close to all the attractions and beach but you have this little slice of peaceful heaven. The neighborhood is quaint as well, lots if island living all around. This is the ONLY way to vacation, you really feel part of the island, not so much like a tourist. And I really cannot say enough about the owner. Once you have been here, you are part of the Koyari family. She will help you with anything you need to know about the island, work with you on every level, and always responds very quickly to any inquiries you may have before renting or arriving. A seamless easy transaction, very friendly, and you can tell she wants you to enjoy her house as much as she does. A+++, wonderful place, a vacation that truly changed our outlook

  We loved our stay at Casa Koyari and enjoyed every minute of it. It was nothing short of spectacular. The house is big and offers enough room for a lot more people than in our case. There were just two of us, but there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and lots of space in the patio and around the pool. In our case, we spent most of our time outdoors. Casa Koyari offers a wonderful private pool, and a very spacious patio, that offers everything from ample deck chairs to a large dinner table with seating for larger groups/families, a gas grill for outdoor BBQ, to a very charming and comfortable gazebo. The house indoors offers everything one could wish for, as well. The location of Casa Koyari is very convenient, gorgeous beaches can be reached by car within 5 to 10 minutes. Grocery shopping is literally around the corner, and many night life options are also within less than 15 minutes' drive. We can absolutely recommend a stay at Casa Koyari for anyone who's looking for a spectacular, relaxing and fun time on a beautiful Caribbean island

  Casa Koyari is just lovely. Imagine sleeping in late in a quiet, convenient neighborhood . . . no sounds of other guests in the hotel corridors or elevator chimes. The best grocery store on the island (brand new) is less than a 5 minute drive so you can stock the kitchen full of snacks and easy to grab treats. I woke up with bed head, no make up on and ate bagels with my toes in our private pool. I didn't have to worry about elbowing people in a buffet line or getting dressed in time for breakfast. This is how everyone needs to spend their vacation! This home is also much bigger than I realized . . . large rooms, intimate gardens, areas to catch the sun all day long. My only problem is that I am pretty sure I am ruined for hotel stays for the forseeable future. I will be recommending Casa Koyari to my friends and family and we will definitely be back!

  This is the perfect aruba house, spacious, impeccably furnished, with a wonderful outdoor pool area and outdoor dining area. There is not a kitchen appliance that's been invented that is not supplied. We ate all our meals outdoors, and walked to a couple of great native restaurants that are very close. The only problem we had was the bugs. Because there is limited electricity supplied, and you have to pay for any overage, we kept the a/C off and the doors open, as the owner recommended, and took advantage of the breeze. But there are no screens. Two of our group of five were covered with welts from the mosquitoes by the end of the week; the rest of us weren't affected. The pool is delightful, small, not for swimming laps, but perfect for cooling off when you've been lying in the sun. There's a gazebo area where you can get out of the sun, and where you can read in the evening, or even work. The outdoor shower is a charming touch. A couple of small things were fixed right away when we reported them - the beach umbrella, a window hinge. Although we intended to walk to the beach sometimes, it turned out to be not so easy, you have to make your way across overgrown lots and the highway, so we always drove.

  Even Better Than The First Time My family stayed at Casa Koyari last year for the first time and we were so over-the-top happy we booked again for this year. We were not disappointed; in fact we were thrilled with the new pool addition. WOW, it is as nice as any resort but with the added benefit that it is your own private pool! The pool furniture, gazebo, landscaping were all just beautiful and welcoming. The house was pristine when we first arrived, spic and span clean, towels were laid on the beds, and everything we could want laid out for us. The property managers, Aruba Happy Rentals were fantastic again. The only issue we had was a cracked coffee pot and after we notified them, we had a new one in 1 hr. We took advantage of the wonderful outdoor kitchen; dined in the patio several nights, used the owner’s snorkel gear a couple of times, but moistly just relaxed at the Casa Koyari. It is truly a home that forces you to check your stress when you first arrive. The home has a sign on an outdoor wall that spells out RELAX in seashells and that’s exactly what we did. Such a wonderful and relaxing vacation. We can’t wait to return next year and are already looking at dates We went to dinner at Madame Janette’s, Gasparito’s, Chef’s Table and Rembrandt’s at the owner’s recommendation; all very good and all very close to the home. You can’t ask for a better location, it is exactly as described in the listing, within a 2min drive to Eagle Beach and Palm Beach. You really do want to rent a car though because there is plenty to explore in Aruba. Don’t miss Arashi Bch on the north shore; it’s hard to imagine a prettier beach anywhere in the world. Great for kids too as it’s very shallow. Speaking of which, there are many beach and pool toys as well as beach chairs and coolers at our disposable. Honestly, there is nothing that the owners have not thought of; anything we could possibly want was at the house. Thank you Alicia and Aruba Happy Rentals for another wonderful adventure and vacation. I will be in touch once we settle on dates for next year!

  Our family had an amazing time during our second visit to Casa Koyari. The home has every possible amenity and provides every comfort of home. The pool addition left us speechless and was one our favorite places to spend as a family. Casa Koyari is located near some of the islands best entertainment and prime location for every beach. Upon arrival we were met with an immaculately clean home. The welcome staff was super helpful and friendly. We love this place and highly recommend it to everyone we encounter.

  Alicia, Thanks for another fantastic time at Casa Koyari (3 years in a row)! We stayed there February 13, 2013 through February 21, 2013. We are already starting our plans for 2014! Everything is "A+" rating and it is great having an actual home at your finger tips. Casa Koyari is so affordable for a weeks vacation and feel sorry for people when they stay at a hotel/time share for ridiculous prices ($700 - $900 a night). Casa Koyari is a place for you!
