This lovely patio home in on the 4th tee of the West course at Oakmont. This is the long course. Easy walk to the pool, library, market, banks, lawn bowling & many amenities. There are over 100 activities in which to participate, here in Oakmont.
Very short distance to about 200 wineries along with many very fine restaurants. Santa Rosa is served by the Charles Schultz airport for private planes and regional carriers. Just 54 miles to the Golden Gate bridge and San Francisco. Enjoy nature walks in Annadel State Park and Hood Mt.
Many theaters for live shows and musicals in Santa Rosa & the surrounding towns. Close to Russian River and Bodega Bay.

We stayed in this lovely home for the month of November, 2012. It is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The neighborhood is fabulous -- fitness center, heated pools, golf courses and a great little restaurant and market. The Saturday farmer's market is great fun and handy! The location cannot be better - easy access to both Napa and Sonoma wineries. Wonderful restaurants in nearby Kenwood and Glen Ellyn. The owners are terrific and very helpful. Best aspect of the house -- the covered patio on the golf course w/ a nice gas grill made for easy meals!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

About the owner: My husband and I have owned this property for over 10 years. Most of our tenants are regulars who come back year after year to escape the heat or cold, where they live. They also enjoy spending time with their local families. We cater to their needs very promptly and keep the place sparkling.
