Spearfish house description
This custom built home is 2000 sq feet located in the city of Spearfish (no gravel). It was built in 2007 and is in fabulous condition! Everything is located on the main floor, including laundry. There are 3 bedrooms-1 twin and 2 queens. The master is 15 x 15 and the other 2 bedrooms are each 12 x 12.
There is a full bathroom on each end of the house. The master bathroom is more of a suite, with his and hers sinks, corner garden tub, and shower. The other bathroom also has 2 sinks and a shower/tub combo with extra counter space.
The kitchen is fully supplied with utensils, cookware, and appliances. The heart of the kitchen is the island, where guests tend to gather and socialize. The floor plan is very open and welcoming. If you are in the kitchen, you can watch TV in the living room and also talk to anyone in the dining room. There is a propane grill off the covered back deck with a great view of Lookout Mountain.
The walk out basement is finished. We are negotiable about renting it out too to a larger party or possibly our family stays down there-we are open to options. The basement features a full kitchen, patio, full bathroom and a bedroom. The office will remain locked.
The 2 car garage has plenty of space for bikes and we will allow bike washing-hose located off the driveway. There is extra parking available on the street for trailers and trucks. This is a quiet, nice street with low traffic.
A $500 fully refundable security deposit (refunded within 2 weeks after your stay) is required. We are open to renting other weeks of the year by request.
Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled. For rally, 1/2 of the rental rate is due with the security deposit at the time the reservation is made. The other 1/2 is due 30 days before you arrive. For other dates, the security deposit is due at the time of booking the reservation and the full rental rate is due 30 days before your arrival.

Year Purchased: 2007
About the owner: We love our house because we built it with our own blood, sweat and tears. However, property taxes here are CRAZY, so to offset that, we wish to extend an invitation to rally go-ers (and other vacationers) to rent our house. Many people in the Black Hills do this annually. Most importantly, we want renters who will take care of our home they way they would their own.
Why the Owner Chose Spearfish:
We chose to build here in Spearfish because it is a great place to raise our family, we love the outdoors, and we love to ride motorcycles. Small town living is the way for us! We found one of the last remaining in-town vacant lots and decided to build there. Fortunately, the street we live on is quiet and has low traffic. Easy access to everywhere!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We have a great covered front porch and back deck as well as a patio at the walk-out basement level. Our landscape is the best on the street and the interior is new, up to date, warm, spacious, open and comfortable. Everything on one level. People love the unique fatures built into the house, such as arched doorways and custom texture.
