  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice house, well maintained and nicely decorated. Only small issues were a lack of paper supplies (bathroom) and beds a bit old. The location was good if you have a car, otherwise not a lot within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

  Rating Details: I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was happy with the location. The vacation rental was very dirty. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in other properties managed by Paso Robles Rentals that were fabulous. This one, however, should have a thorough going over. The decor was woefully dated. Furniture was broken with some of it eventually replaced, but not all. The master bedroom mattress was encased in plastic to cover up a heavily stained mattress. The plastic made it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The mattress was also lumpy. None of the other mattresses in the 3 remaining bedrooms were comfortable either. The kitchen cookware was old, inadequate and not anything I wanted to cook with.

  Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful weekend, great gathering place in the front room with the fireplace! Booking staff were SO helpful. The property had been rented by a family for 2 months and vacated by the family only the morning of our afternoon check in. The property was very clean with the exception of one bedroom's carpet. The sofa and love seat each had a board to support the cushions due to breakage and there were other things amiss that the rental agency would not know without a guest reporting these issues. I feel certain that you will enjoy your stay and find that everything has been returned to perfect condition since we reported the things at issue. You will enjoy the little extras like toiletry kits in the bathrooms. :) Bring your own napkins and paper towels.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house for the most part was great. We had trouble using the code for the front door. It started with a pound sign & then the numbers. The instructions should have said, "Hit the # sign & then enter the numbers. The door was also difficult to lock on the way out. It had to be jiggled. The microwave was a little dirty & the coffee pot that was out was broken. Luckily, Susie was very easy to work with & very apologetic. The house itself was quite roomy, as we had ten people. The mattresses were squeaky. The master bedroom was wonderful & huge. We would stay there again. Thank you

The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented TerraBella for a family weekend with our kids and grandkids. The house was great, very well laid out, clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room so we didn't feel like we were on top of everyone. The huge deck was perfect for barbequing as well as morning and evening relaxation. Would have given 5 stars but we had a problem locking the front door and the kitchen was a bit lacking as far as utensils, dishes, small appliances, etc were concerned. Overall, a great experience! Manager responded on 8/7/2012: Steven I am glad you enjoyed Club Terra Bella and Paso Robles. We are redoing inventory of kitchen and will add the items we see are missing to add to guests stays. As always Paso Robles Vacation Rentals is just a phone call away and will bring out cooking utensils and small appliances if necessary for special needs. We love accomodating you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall stay worked out well for us as my brother lives across the street. The house was clean but we did have a problem opening the front door and the lock didn't line up quite right. One suggestion, maybe put a queen size bed in one of the bedroom so you would have a king bed in the master, queen in one bedroom and full/double beds in the other two bedrooms. The staff was very helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Club TerraBella and second positive experience. The house is spacious, totally spotless, and a great place for a group to spend the weekend. It's close to downtown Paso Robles and local wineries. There's plenty of parking and it's easy to find. Our only complaint (and it's a small one) was that there were only two small pans for cooking. We had ten people in the house and an additional larger pan would have made breakfast a little more efficient. I'm sure we'll be back!
