Vacation Home In The Famous 'Hammock' Area.
Located at 11 Rollins Dunes Drive, Palm Coast, Florida 32137, this beachside home is owned by a family in Orlando and is well appointed and nicely decorated. A minimum advance(refundable)security deposit of $300.00 is required. The 2-story home contains approx. 2,300 square feet of living area, and is large & roomy for 2 or 3 couples. It also has a huge balcony for enjoying friends, family & nature. Largest windows allowed by Florida code! Lots of woods, and only 800' down the street to a private neighborhood beach walkover with gazebo. Well behaved NON-INFESTED and HOUSE BROKEN pets welcome. No pool on premises. Close to boat ramp, swimming with dolphins at Marineland, or venturing into historic St. Augustine. There is also world class (as well as 'value-priced') golf within a couple of miles. NOTHING BETTER THAN ENJOYING A CUP OF MORNING COFFEE ON THE BEACH!

We enjoyed the entire month of February, walking on the beach every day, sightseeing, shopping. It is also ideal for golfing, biking, fishing, boating. The restaurants in the area are fun and the food is great. The pictures truly depict the house which is beautiful and well maintained and the beach is clean and beautiful. We were able to get to St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, Orlando and Jacksonville - truly a great location. The owners were very helpful.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The house was very clean and was equipped with suitable cooking equipment (pans, knives, dishes, etc.). The property was well maintained and spacious. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and/or relatives. We enjoyed several restaurants in the surrounding area, as well as in Flagler and Palm Coast. We also enjoyed the easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway, as we have a boat and enjoyed fishing (Bings Landing).Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The pictures accurately depicted the property. The owner was very responsive . We hope to return again next year and for years to come. The beach is an old fashioned Florida beach. The biker bars were fun. The beach was uncrowded and beautiful.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
