This home is centrally located and is an easy walk to everything Beach Haven has to offer.
Contemporary, bright, and cheery inside and out. Bay view from all main rooms. There are two decks. Upper deck has a bay view. Light and airy feeling. Fully equipped Kitchen, two-story Great Room, Laundry Room, three Bedrooms (sleeps 6 – 8), two full Baths plus one half Bath, and outside Shower.
The lower floor has the Kitchen with breakfast bar, an open-floor-plan Great Room (large and sunny, bay view, with dining table, sofa, and TV area), a Laundry Room with half-Bath, and the Master Bedroom. The Master Bedroom has a private full-size bath with shower.
The upper floor has a full-size Bath (shower in tub), and two Bedrooms with two twin beds each.
Wireless Internet is included.
This section of barrier island is only 5 blocks wide between bay and ocean.
This street leads to beach with a shady covered pavilion and is lifeguard protected.

Our family of 3 had an absolutely amazing vacation at this beach haven condo. The location would be hard to beat, especially with a 10-year-old in tow. With views of the bay and Fantasy Island ferris wheel, a very short walk to all of the restaurants, shops and amusements of Beach Haven, and an easy walk to the beach and bay beach, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Yet while it's close to everything, the street was very quiet and peaceful (with great neighbors!). The condo itself had more than enough space for us as well; it is clean and comfortable with a great open layout that truly takes advantages of all the views. We will definitely stay again - and hopefully for longer next time.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.

My wife and were very dissatisfied . The main issue that we had was the poor communication.The owner did not refund all of our security. He charged for extra cleaning as well as a crack in the master bedroom bathroom sink.My wife and I were the only ones that used that particular bathroom and we did not break anything.I tried to call and e-mail the owner for further explanation and received no response.Also, upon arrival we had refrigerator issues.I tried to contact the owner and once again received no response.I alerted him to the fact that the linen service that we paid an additional fee for was very poor,as these were old,used towels.Several towels had stains and the master bedroom had no bedspread.My wife cleaned one of the showers because there was mold on the inside door.The dryer was very noisy,so, we never used it at night.We were never told that the charcoal and gas grill were to be shared with tenants next door.The bottom line and what makes this situation so frustrating is that there has not been any communication over these issues or any attempt whatsoever to respond to any of my dissatisfaction.He did not respond to any e-mails that I sent and also would not answer any of my phone calls.Without communication there can be no resolution.I would highly recommend staying away from this rental.We have stayed at Long Beach Island N.J. before and this was our first bad experience.Owner response: Please take this review for what it is. Unfortunately, sometimes when you rent your home, every once in a while you wish you hadn't. The property had a number of damages and was left exceptionally dirty. A very modest $75 was retained to help defray a fraction of the costs (as per lease). This is only the second time in 17 years of renting houses that any security was withheld. I had so many phone calls before, during, and after that I had to change my phone number. The house is in very good condition and is thoroughly cleaned immediately before guests arrive. Many guests return every year and all other reviews have been 5 star.

This is a great vacation destination with a great location. Beautiful beaches. Great for families of all ages. The town, with all it has to offer, is right here! The atmosphere is just right. Just park the car and walk to almost everything you will ever need…no kidding! After all these years, I still get this gigantic smile on my face (that almost hurts) every time I cross the bridge to get here…just leave all your worries on the other side where they belong!

Location…and if there is anything bothering you here…you probably brought it with you. There is so much to do…so relaxing…it’s time to unwind! Beach Haven is a nice, safe, fun place to be. Even if you can’t (for some reason) think of what you want to do next, just go out and start walking, because you will find it.
