  my girlfriend and i just spent a week here. it was great. the house was very clean and well stock with towels and lines. everything you need to cook all your meals is already there. lots of great beaches just minutes away. we liked the country feel of the place yet only minutes from town.the local manager of the place was very nice and easy to talk too. we are already planning another trip back.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

  The photos reflect exacly what you expect, house is very clean and cozy. Nancy was very informative and pleasant. I have no problems reaching the owner or Nancy all the time by phone. I recomended to everyone wants to have a great vacation time and a great place to stay. Thank you

  I am really pleased with whole process , from dealing with the owner to the property itself . It is clean and well kept . No insects , got every thing you need except WIFI. If you are the kind you do not care about that then you will be OK . Little noisy during the day because it is on a main road , it was not an issue for us because we did not spend a lot of time in . We felt very safe , there is convenient store and fresh bakery across the street. one more thing bothered us is the Dryer , there was a washing machine but no dryer , we had to go to a laundry close by to wash . After all I will definitely recommend this one to a family or singles , it is awesome.

  I would like to express my gratitude to Hank for the quick response to all my needs and questions. The house was more than expected. The location was superb and most of all close to Los Jobos Beach. The vicinity in and around Isabela is a lost gem, I definitely would return, once again thank you for your great service and allowing me and family a wonderful stay on your lovely home.

  We spent Christmas 2011 here. We had two families share this house and it was comfortable. We practically just came back to sleep...we spent most of our days around the island. Pictures provide a good description of the rooms. The house is located on a main road and it could get very busy. Having spent Christmas in Isabela a few years back (not at this house) I was expecting a lot of Christmas eve noise and much to our surprise it was actually Very quiet. My family loved this typical Puertorrican house. The property caretaker called the owner because we had not arrived at the indicated time (we were spending the day in San Juan) and was concern-- nice gesture. Once at the house we were given a little tour of the house and where things were--nice. We are very into technology and one thing we did miss was not having internet access for our laptop; we used our phones to get information-- Wireless would be nice. Other than that, we enjoyed staying here. There were plenty of electical outlets to charge phones and such--our group had many technical "toys" that by the end of the day had to be recharged. The bakery across the street had great sweet bread and some yummy sandwiches--by the end of our stay they knew exactly what we wanted. There is also a local candy factory (TropiKal Candy) located in the vicinity that sale candy from tropical fruits. The house is also near to restaurants, a gas station, grocery store and there is a WalMart in town. Thanks for this nice house.

  The house was comfortable for 5 adults (2 were couples). The location is excellent and allowed for trekking back and forth to the beach, restaurants and shops in short time. The street is a bit busy so if you are expecting a quiet secluded place this is not for you.If you want convenience and a good deal this is it. The property manager was very helpful and always available. The owner was always on hand to answer questions as well. Clean and comfortable and adequate for the price.

  My roommates and I stayed here during our spring break this past march and had a wonderful time! The house was incredibly clean and all three rooms were very nice and look just like the pictures shown. The owner is very nice and very quick to respond to any and all questions you might have! It is in the perfect location since it is so close to both the airport and some beautiful beaches like Jobos and Shack's and there are so many fun and exciting places to visit in the neighboring cities.

  This is a cozy home in a friendly town of PR. The pictures reflect well what you can expect in the home -- very clean, updated/new, and perfect for a group of people looking for a beach getaway. The furniture is all brand new and very comfortable. The property owner as well as the local person in charge are both extremely friendly and were willing to work with us to accommodate a few unique situations imposed by our group. The house is just a 3 minute drive to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world (it's a pretty lengthy walk up and down hills, though, so I would recommend renting a car). Also reasonable distance to some local restaurants and bars (mostly beachfront), and a FANTASTIC bakery right across the street. It's located in sort of a quiet town, so I would recommend this rental to someone looking for a quiet or personal getaway on the beach, and not proximity to a bustling city. Overall great place. Definitely contact the owner to learn more.

  Great location just 3 min. from Isabela Jobos Beach. The photos reflect exacly what you expect, very clean with the great person in charge, she's very helpful, I have no communication problems I reach the owner all the time by phone or email, I recomended A+ to everyone wants to have a great vacation time and a great place to stay.
