If you want a luxury building in a great, low-crowd location, Palazzo is for you. This building just opened in 2008 and our unit is brand new, purchased and furnished in 2010.
Located at the less crowded West end of the beach, you will not be stuck in traffic gridlock as you would at other locations on the beach in peak season. Just down the street from the new Pier Park, a development of shopping, restaurants, entertainment and more, it is one of the most popular attractions in Panama City Beach, this is a great location. There is also a grocery store and pharmacy located just across the street.
Palazzo #1404 has many additional amenities; Stainless Appliances, Granite Counter tops, Fully Stocked Kitchen, two TVs with a 40 inch flat screen in the living room. There is a dining table that seats four and four swivel bar stools at the counter for extra seating. There are also a lot of games for the kids. The views from the balcony, looking out at the crystal blue gulf, are spectacular! There are also 4 nice beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas that are available for your use. They are portable, so you can take them anywhere on the beach. Beach towels are also provided with the condo.
Palazzo is such a wonderful building. It is upscale and only has 129 units, which means "no crowds". The parking is very convenient too. The first 4 floors of the building are parking. You just walk over to one of the 3 elevators and go to the 14th floor. Our unit is right off the elevators. No parking across the street and hauling all of your stuff across the catwalk like many of the other buildings in the area. Our Unit is Brand New in 2010 with new everything. We equipped it with more than what a platinum unit requires. We want our guests to have all they need for a wonderful vacation. One of the extras is the luxury pillow top King mattress with 800 thread count sheets.......ahhhhhhhhhhhh! Also, we have a desk in the living room area for those of us who need to do a bit of work while away. The free Wireless Internet comes in handy to check in with the office.

Why the Owner Chose Palazzo
Like many of you, we live very busy lives. We needed a place to escape to and relax. The first time we visited Panama City Beach we rented a condo and loved it. There are things to do here for every member of the family. We wanted a place we could drive to from Michigan and not have to fly to every time. With the new Panama City Beach airport, getting here will be even easier. The people in this area are so friendly and the beaches are spectacular. This is a truly unique place. In January 2010, a piece of this wonderful area became ours.

We run very busy lifestyles and being able to get away is sometime very hard to do except to attend the other ones business trip. The owners of this unit were easy to work with on dates and the changing of the dates. We came in by Southwest Airlines and the airport is only about 20 minuntes away. We did not rent a car and took a taxi to and from the airport. There is a grocery store and drug store within walking distance and the city runs a bus up and down Front Beach Road for only $1.50 a person. The unit has everything a family would need on vacation. Very nice kitchen with a really large family room area. The view was priceless. I really liked the swimming pool being up four floors; as you could enjoy the beach view like when you are in your room. Beach was really nice and the owners have beach chairs there for your use. Pack a small bag of clothes and your bathing suit and everthing else in there in the unit.
Recommended for:Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.

Owners had great communication. From the minute we arrived everything was in order. Beautiful condo with a great view! The condo was very comfortable and great for a family. It was like being at home with everything you need. So great we didn't want to leave. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

The condo is beautiful! Everything has been throughly thought through for a family renting. The condo is very well kept and is very spacious for a one bedroom listing. We love the storage area for all beach supplies, no need to carry to your room and sand stays out! We loved eating breakfast on the balcony; what an incredible view.

We really enjoyed our time in your condo. The condo was comfortable and very clean. It was the cleanest beach condo we have ever stayed in. Everything that was needed for our stay was provided. This is by far the best Condo we have stayed in and we always try to rent condos on vacation. It was very well stocked. We really appreciated the baby friendly items including a pack-n-play. My husband and I along with my sister and nephew stayed for one fabulous week at this beautiful condo. It slept 4 adults very comfortably. Such easy access to the beach and the door to the condo is right off of the elevator. The king size bed is so comfy. We loved eating breakfast on the balcony. Absolutley beautiful, will definitely go back again. Thank you Mark and Debbie. 5 Stars!!!!!

We loved the Palazzo and this condo in particular. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable for staying "home" or going out. The bed was so good, we took down the brand name to purchase one. If you are looking for a safe place close to the action, but not too close to the "zoo", this is the place for you!

We stayed at this condo in July and it was just great. What we liked the most is that beach was not crowded, pool is somewhat smaller, but still there was enough room for everybody who wanted to use it. Condo itself was very well equiped and clean. The resort is pretty close the pier park and everything else around it. This was just a great stay! Thanks for sharing this condo with us.

The owners have thought of absolutley everything to make this the perfect vacation for our family. They have gone over and beyond our expectations as far as the amenities that were included with the rental. Not only was the condo itself fabulous; so was the location. The building is convienentlly located near several grocery stores, a shopping plaza (Pier Park) and restaurants. If there was one drawback, it is that the pool is on the smaller side; but it offers ample seating both in and out of the shade to accommodate all hotel guest. We would definitely rent this unit again!
