Great place. Everything we needed was there. Most comfortable bed ever. Parking was super; we just took elevator to P1, took our beach stuff out of the car and wwer on the beach. On the way back, we stoped at the car with our chairs, antook the elevator up without chairs, etc. Immediately across the street from one of my favorite restaurants.

My family and I just returned from spending a week at this beautiful condo. The location could not have been better. As stated in the other reviews, the amenities were plentiful and the view was spectacular!!! The weather was perfect, and we were able to engage in a number of family friendly, fun activities. Most notable were Easter services at St. Bernadette's, The Sea Screamer dolphin watch sunset cruise...awesome, Gulf World, and of course the BEACH!!! Would recommend this property to friends and relatives. Thanks again, we had a fabulous time!

We were blown away by this property. It has everything you will need for a wonderful holiday. Congrats to Debbie and Mark for their decorating and supplying all the goodies that make for a great stay. The big bed if super comfy, the kitchen is terrific, the balcony is perfect for sitting, sipping and watching the world go by. We saw some rays, but were there the wrong season for dolphins. When we go back, maybe they will be there too ... and we are sure we will back. We recommend this condo to anyone...it is awesome.

We were blown away by this condo. Debbie & Mark have done an outstanding job of decorating and furnishing their little paradise. There was nothing else that we could think of to add. The layout was perfect and the balcony was a big highlight. We spent a lot of time out there sipping and watching. The pool was great and a bonus to be able to look down on the beach. Got to play some golf and did some sightseeing around town. When we go back, it will not be during spring break ... this made almost everything very busy ... but we would like to go back and we recommend it to anyone. Ron & Marianne, Coldwater,, Ontario

We loved it. It was everything we had hoped it would be, and what the pictures showed on the website. Everything was provided for you, of course with the exception of food. The condo is very clean, neat ,up to date, private, and secure--love those quiet hours. The view from the Balcony is wonderful. The beach was awesome-very clean, and the beach chairs and umbrella for condo guest only, was great! You could book excursion right on the beach. The staff at the condo facility were very friendly and helpful. There is so much to do near the condo-shopping, great restaurants. The area is easy to get around. This was my first time renting a condo, and I don't know why I didn't do it sooner. The owners are great to work with.

Canadian Snowbirds

My husband and I spent three months in this beautiful condo overlooking the gulf of Mexico for the past two winters. We were very pleased with all the comforts of home provided for us by the owners/landlords Mark and Debbie. Although this is a one-bedroom unit, it is huge and feels more like a two-bedroom unit. Every amenity is of top quality – we felt like this was a home away from home. The master bedroom has the most comfortable bed and linens one can imagine. The balcony is wonderful!! This condo is a middle unit, so the balcony is protected from the wind on two sides which makes it perfect for the cooler January days. Sunsets are spectacular, and so is the view of the gulf!! This condo is within easy walking distance to Pier Park for shopping or dining. We loved our stay here, and both times, hated to leave. We will happily recommend this location to family and friends.

Panama City Beach Palazzo Condo's

We run very busy lifestyles and being able to get away is sometime very hard to do except to attend the other ones business trip. The owners of this unit were easy to work with on dates and the changing of the dates. We came in by Southwest Airlines and the airport is only about 20 minuntes away. We did not rent a car and took a taxi to and from the airport. There is a grocery store and drug store within walking distance and the city runs a bus up and down Front Beach Road for only $1.50 a person. The unit has everything a family would need on vacation. Very nice kitchen with a really large family room area. The view was priceless. I really liked the swimming pool being up four floors; as you could enjoy the beach view like when you are in your room. Beach was really nice and the owners have beach chairs there for your use. Pack a small bag of clothes and your bathing suit and everthing else in there in the unit.

Owners had great communication. From the minute we arrived everything was in order. Beautiful condo with a great view! The condo was very comfortable and great for a family. It was like being at home with everything you need. So great we didn't want to leave. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

The condo is beautiful! Everything has been throughly thought through for a family renting. The condo is very well kept and is very spacious for a one bedroom listing. We love the storage area for all beach supplies, no need to carry to your room and sand stays out! We loved eating breakfast on the balcony; what an incredible view.

We really enjoyed our time in your condo. The condo was comfortable and very clean. It was the cleanest beach condo we have ever stayed in. Everything that was needed for our stay was provided. My husband and I along with my sister and nephew stayed for one fabulous week at this beautiful condo. It slept 4 adults very comfortably. Such easy access to the beach and the door to the condo is right off of the elevator. The king size bed is so comfy. We loved eating breakfast on the balcony. Absolutley beautiful, will definitely go back again. Thank you Mark and Debbie. 5 Stars!!!!!

This is by far the best Condo we have stayed in and we always try to rent condos on vacation. It was very well stocked. We really appreciated the baby friendly items including a pack-n-play. The view out the huge living room window was amazing!!! We will definatly reccomend this unit! Great owners to work with! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

We loved the Palazzo and this condo in particular. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable for staying "home" or going out. The bed was so good, we took down the brand name to purchase one. If you are looking for a safe place close to the action, but not too close to the "zoo", this is the place for you!

We stayed at this condo in July and it was just great. What we liked the most is that beach was not crowded, pool is somewhat smaller, but still there was enough room for everybody who wanted to use it. Condo itself was very well equiped and clean. The resort is pretty close the pier park and everything else around it. This was just a great stay! Thanks for sharing this condo with us.

The Perfect Beach Getaway

The owners have thought of absolutley everything to make this the perfect vacation for our family. They have gone over and beyond our expectations as far as the amenities that were included with the rental. Not only was the condo itself fabulous; so was the location. The building is convienentlly located near several grocery stores, a shopping plaza (Pier Park) and restaurants. If there was one drawback, it is that the pool is on the smaller side; but it offers ample seating both in and out of the shade to accommodate all hotel guest. We would definitely rent this unit again!

We hated to have to leave this place! Our best vacation ever! We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. The condo was great and fully equipped with just about everything! There is even extremely nice beach chairs (that have neck support!) and very nice umbrella for you to use during your stay. Our son had fun playing with the games that were in the unit. Oh, if you stay here with a young one we highly recommend taking a pirate tour cruise, we have three dolphins swim right up to the boat and look at us. The local "marine park" is also a must, just to see the adorable sea lion and dolphin shows!

We just got back from a wonderful vacation. This was such a beautiful condo. It had everything we needed. The views from the balcony were amazing. Our two girls loved the kids club and my husband and I loved having an hour to ourselves. We hope to go back next year.

New Condo...Easy Beach Access

My family enjoyed a great stay at this condo. The condo is very warm and welcoming with a great oveanview. Beach access is super easy. We enjoyed a week long stay and would recommend this rental to others. The Palazzo is a new building and centrally located to all areas of attractions in Panama City Beach, FL.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at your condo. The view from the balcony was spectacular! We thank you for sharing your new, clean and comfortable condo with us! The parking and the beach were very easily accessible. Our teenage boys liked being able to go back and forth to the beach/pool as they liked. There was so much to do in the PCB area. The info you provided in the condo and the brochures in the lobby were enough to help plan a fun week. We would highly recommend this condo to our friends and family.
