Awaken each day to a natural, unspoiled coastal environment with clear turquoise waters, thriving sea oats, and palmetto plant life that truly makes this area a BEACH PARADISE.
This ocean-front end/corner unit is on the third floor of 'Tranquillity On The Beach' condominium complex and offers spectacular views of the gulf coast emerald green waters, and sugar white sand beach. This condo complex is situated between Panama City and Seaside Village on Scenic Highway 30A, near Rosemary Beach, Seagrove Beach, Water Sound and Alys Beach.
The main king suite has a separate entrance onto the beach front balcony, private bath with whirlpool tub, stall shower, his and her vanities, and large walk in closet.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and private bath, third bedroom has two full size beds and private bath.
Both bedrooms have privacy doors from the main part of the unit. All bedrooms have TV/cable/telephone.
Living Room offers double exposurers for grand views across the beach! Also includes a new high definition flat screen, DVD, stereo, wet bar, and access to beach front balcony. Fully equipped kitchen has solid surface counter, and all the necessities needed for your stay. Complex has lovely pool and gas grills on property for all guests use.
Enter from Highway 30A thru security gate to private parking lot and reserved suite parking space. This condo is NON-SMOKING and is one of 20 units. There are elevators and stairways for easy access. Valet carts are located in the downstairs lobby for your move in and move out convenience.
Golf courses, Tennis Courts and Work Out Gym are a short distance away, and are available for a fee. Shopping at Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons and the new Panama City Pier Park shops and movie theaters are in close proximity. Several grocery stores and restaurants are just a few minutes away.

This condo is excellent! The beach was not crowded like a lot of beaches around were. It was perfect place for my kids to play without disturbing everyone around. The water is as beautiful as Destin in our opinion, just way less crowded. We loved the area & the convenient bike trail! The pool was nice, & convenient also. (It's not too big, but it was never crowded.) The kitchen was nice & provided all the things we needed; granite countertops were nice too!! I did bring a crockpot so I could cook while sitting on the beach & that worked out nicely. The steps were not a problem for us with 2 small kids. I would suggest, if you drive, to bring paper products & maybe a few other household items to save money. They provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom & 1 roll of paper towels. There are only a few trash can liners & 1 packet of dish soap. I did remember my own laundry detergent, but the other household items become costly when you're also purchasing basic food items to cook with; seasonings, butter, etc. We would love to return to this condo sometime!! We thoroughly enjoyed it!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The condo was very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the common area and bedrooms. The layout was great too b/c each of the bedrooms were private. The condo was clean and the view was wonderful. However, the reason the view was so amazing is that the building is at a much higher elevation than the beach. So, there are about 50 steps to get down to the beach which was challenging with a baby (and probably for seniors too). But, the building does have an elevator which was very helpful! We would definitely consider renting this unit again. The photos were accurate but it is much nicer in person! I have already recommended it to friends.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

As my title explains, this place was PERFECT for us, a family of 5, with the boys in one room and our daughter in the other....the view is absolutely second to NONE on the Gulf; RIGHT on the water!!! The condo itself is exactly as advertised, very clean and well-stocked, with everything in working order. Tranquility on the Beach is gated, and located between Alys/Rosemary beach and Seaside, so there's always a wonderful restaurant or shop within minutes of your front door. The pool is lovely and well-maintained. We will definitely keep this on our short list of places to stay on the Gulf!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.
