Cozy cottage is separate building, no one above or beside you, in sunny south Maui. NOT a CONDO. Full kitchen, large bath with tub/shower, bedroom with new Queen SERTA bed, living room with cable TV, wifi, bring your own lap top or internet ready access system, sofa bed,(additional fee for more than 2 persons in the unit) and bonus screen lanai room with dining table for almost-outside-dining. Kitchen also features prep island with bar stools. Sunny deck. Washer and dryer in unit. Includes beach towels. Other beach gear may be in unit but is not guaranteed by owners. If you want additional gear or something specific, you are welcome to rent it at one of the local rental centers located along S. Kihei Road close to unit.

Just 3-4 blocks from Kam III and Keawekapu Beaches, two of the areas best white sand beaches. One features large grassy lawn area and the other is perfect for sun tanning, walking, swimming and beach activities. Also 3-4 blocks away are the restaurant-row attractions. Multiple restaurants of all types, shopping for take-home gifts, beach rental and lessons and activity booths. Close to the small boat harbor if you like to scuba, the boats take off there!

From this cottage you have access to a wide lawn area with ocean view, clothes line and tropical fruit trees and BBQ. Cottage has good air flow, ceiling fans, new insulated roof with ridge vent and wide tropical overhangs. NO AC Our typical temperature here year around is 80-85 degrees during the day and 65-70 at night.

Cottage is centrally located and is a great place to spend an extended stay in the islands. Owners live on site, so you will have access to local knowledge about island activities.

                                My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this little cottage. We had another couple staying at a different location and our lanai was geat for entertaining. Having the owners on sight was an advantage because they were there to answer all of our questions. Not the Ritz but clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Would not hesitate booking their again.

                                Recommended for: Age 55+.
