  The condo was clean and well kept, nice and spacious, with plenty of extra bedding and linens. The location was convenient, near Safeway and shopping. It was country cozy. I especially loved the spectacular views outside the master bedroom!! Though it was too cold to enjoy the balcony off of the master bedroom, in warmer weather it would be a nice place to sit and read. We enjoyed snowshoeing in the Rocky Mountain National Park, and rented snowshoes nearby.

  This condo was perfect for our group of seven. Safeway, the Stanley Hotel, and down town were a fun and easy 10-20 minute walk. The condo was modern, clean and beautiful and had everything we needed and more. The decor fit nicely with the setting. The only weakness was no air conditioning. We were OK with the windows open and ceiling fans on. It was a great place to rest up after a full day of hiking in RMNP.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

  My family and I stayed here for a wedding in Estes Park. The condo was great. It was clean and had lots of supplies. Everyone had a wonderful time and the views were magnificent. In the mornings there were elk laying in the sunshine just outside the condo. Fast return of deposit. Loved having a garage when it was raining. Our only snag was that we didn't have the correct code to get into the condo when we first arrived. That was quickly taken care of and it was a nice stay. You can walk to the grocery store, but it is down hill so hauling the groceries back up might be a chore. The Egg and I was great and since we were some of the last customers they said we could leave our car in their parking lot as we walked around downtown. This was helpful since it was memorial day weekend and parking was limited downtown. We would recommend this condo to friends and relatives.

  This condo is better than any picture can show! It was very clean and well kept, beds and sofas were really comfortable. With awesome views from the decks, we enjoyed sitting outdoors in the evenings. Every amenity is thought of and numerous extra touches make this condo feel like home! Located in a very quiet neighborhood not far from town, it`s maybe a five minute drive. If you are thinking about walking, to town would be downhill but the way back is mostly uphill. Plenty of convenient free parking there so why walk? We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this place to everyone.

  I spent 4 days here with 5 of my friends. We had a great time!! This condo was very comfortable for all 6 of us. It's so nice to be able to make a meal in the condo instead of eating out every night. Gorgeous views from the deck!!!

  Our family (parents and 5 kids ranging from 5 yrs to 17 yrs) stayed in this Condo for 6 days in the first week of June and I am out of words the describe how we enjoyed the stay. The place was better than what we seen in the pictures. Well maintained place. The view from the deck was breathtaking. I have stayed at other places through VRBO but so far this was the best. I would recommend anyone who is traveling to Estes Park consider renting this place.

  My husband and I loved this condo, it exceeded our expectations! Very clean, spacious and beautiful views. The owner is very nice to work with. We enjoyed the daily visits from deers. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Estes Park - this is the place. I hope that we can come back on another vacation.

  My wife and I spent 4 wonderful days (8/18-8/21) at the Black Canyon Condo in Estes Park, CO. The condo is very convenient to the center of Estes Park and 5 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and Lumpy Ridge. It's accomodations are spacious and very clean with great views of the front range (Longs Peak to the Mummy Range.) We would recommend this condo as a vacation accomodation and will definately consider coming back again.

  clearly a little rustic, but their personal touches were appreciated. beds were very comfortable. plenty of comfortable linens. not sure how much they stocked vs. other tenants leaving supplies, but it was sure convenient to have olive oil, various spices, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, etc. three twin beds in a bedroom worked great for my three girls. i sent Michael, the guy who manages place, photos of cool deer with nice antlers who were grazing berries outside the place. we'd definitely stay here again, and in fact, when we got to the Park Hyatt in Beaver Creek for the second leg of our trip, we missed the place. FYI you will need a car to get to downtown, unless you want a pretty long walk (likely a 10 min jog downhill to town).

  My family and I just spent a wonderful week in Estes Park. We want to thank you for providing such a fabulous property. It was a beautiful, clean, comfortable unit and a perfect fit for our family of 5. We appreciated all the" necessities" we found in the kitchen and bathrooms. The location was very accomadating and provided spectacular views on the upper deck. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful vacation. We will definitely return.
