Located directly on the golf and ski course, this townhouse is so conveniently located you may not need a car! Although it is only a couple miles from Deer Valley, the unit is just three blocks from the Park City lifts, a block from a major shopping center (with 24-hour supermarket, drug store, cinemas, and restaurants) and steps away from a FREE shuttle stop.

The unit is only two-miles from Deer Valley, but is within walking distance of shopping, the Park City Mt. resort and the historic district. Within 1 to 2 blocks are 2 supermarkets (one is 24hrs), nearly 20 restaurants, a 4-screen cinema, drug store, BlockBuster, liquor store, ski rentals...).The free shuttle is a quarter block away and the average wait for the shuttle is less than five minutes. The shuttle provides easy access the city and the two major ski areas noted, and a third - The Canyons - all just minutes away. Also, the unit is closely located to the complex amenities, including hot tubs, saunas, heated pool, lockers, rental office with concierge, and tennis court.

In addition to its unbeatable location, the interior of this unit is decorated in a cozy southwestern motif with new pine furnishings and is loaded with many extras, especially new electronics. Special features include a large masonry gas fireplace, washer and dryer, TVs in all bedrooms, High-Speed Internet access and a home theater system (32-inch flat TV, DVD/VCR, stereo with Dolby Digital and six speakers).

The townhouse is large and spacious with 20 foot ceilings in the living area and vaulted ceilings up to 14 feet in the bedrooms. It has a great floor plan with covered parking directly in front of the unit, an entrance through a private atrium with lockable ski/board storage, a large living/dining/kitchen area on the ground floorand, bedrooms on the second level, and, in the very back, a patio with outdoor gas grill and spectacular mountain views.

Each bedroom has a TV with DVD/VCR, private bath, phone and dual alarms. One bedroom has a king-size bed, a second bedroom has both queen-size and twin beds, and the living room has a sleeper sofa near a half bath. The luxury bedding consists of 100% Egyptian cotton duvets, shams, and bed skirts with white goose down comforters. With four beds, the townhouse accommodates up to a maximum of six people. It is perfect for two couples, two to four single adults, or families.

For larger groups, this two-bedroom townhouse is directly next to a luxury, three-bedroom townhouse (see VRBO Listing #11762). These two adjoining condominiums can accommodate up to 12 people (see VRBO Listing #7032.) Together, they have a private hot tub, five bedrooms, eight beds (a queen or king in each bedroom plus a twin in three bedrooms), two sleeper sofas, five baths plus two half baths and seven TVs. None of the five bedrooms have adjoining walls with one another providing added privacy for all guests. The total heated area of these both units is about 3200 square feet.

    • We loved the Unit and the location. We had stayed at Park City Condo's before, and this one was the best of the Units so far. It is very well maintained, conveniently located to the pool, and has great views of the mountains. It also has lots of "gadgets" (tv's, dvd and vcr players, stereos and high speed access), that our 14 year old son appreciated! We would definitely return to Unit 253 in future visits to Park City.

    • We loved the accomodations in unit 253! It is very modern and comfortable in a great location. It's in a convenient location close to the slopes and stores yet very quiet with a great backyard (a golf course). There's a view of the slopes from the back door with lots of land for the kids to play in the snow. We hiked a bit up the mountain from our back door. The common pool and hot tub were used most days after skiing. I would definitely stay there again and Ried was a pleasure to work with.

    • Great location, EXTREMELY convenient! The complex, as a whole, looks a little older, but this unit has been furnished and accomodated very nicely. My boys and I actually skied from Park City Resort to the condo one night via the cross country ski course, although its not for the faint at heart. My boys LOVED playing in the 3 FEET of snow in the back yard; a definite plus over most urban condos! Three MINOR recommendations though: The newly installed computer wasn't connected to the DSL line and the dial-up wouldn't work (owner said he would fix that); couldn't operate the programmable thermostat so we were a little cold; ran out of hot water with 2 adults and 3 children. Other than that, we LOVED it and will definitely consider staying there in the future.

      Homeowner Response:
      A stand alone computer was added to the unit right before these guests arrived as a bonus and at no additional charge. It was not meant to be connected to the Internet; only to be used by itself for work or play. (However, it is now hooked up to high speed Internet access along with WiFi.) Our housekeeper could have assisted the family with operating the thermostat and providing a little more hot water, but neither they nor I were contacted. Actually, the hot water heater is new, one of the largest in the complex and I've had no complaints on hot water use before. Possibly they were using all showers and the W/D at the same time. The ease with skiing back to the unit depends upon the snow conditions and the skill level of the skiers. I'm attentitve to my guests comments and I've resolved the issues noted.
