Be ready for incredible mountain views from our extra large, south-facing deck in this two-bedroom, two-bath, end-unit. Views can also be enjoyed from both bedrooms, living, and dining room. Decorative furnishings add to the spaciousness of this second-floor unit which can be accessed by stairs or elevator from the covered parking below.
Hop on the bus just outside, or walk a short distance to downtown. Our complementary clubhouse is equipped with an indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna for relaxing after those hard days of skiing! You are also provided with a locked closet next to the parking area, to store your gear. Numerous nearby activities surround you for both summer and winter fun!

Note that there is a three day minimum rental period and prices are not negotiable (please do not ask for exceptions).
This is a non-smoking and no pets facility (your deposit will not be returned if these rules are violiated)

PEAK RENT Jan 4 - End March $230/night $1470/week ($210/night) (3 nite minimum).
OFF SEASON: April $150/night, remainder of year $840/week, $130/night (3 nite min)
REFUNDABLE DAMANGE DEPOSIT: equal to one night is DUE at booking.
FULL PAYMENT OF ALL RENT is DUE 30 days prior to arrival
CANCELLATION: Full refund less $100 Service Charge if 30 days before arrival
PAYMENT: Cash, Check, Electronic Funds Transfer, there is a 3 day minimum rental.
Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival non refundable,no long term rental
