Ideally situated just five miles from the gates of Disneyworld, and 25 minutes drive from other attractions such as SeaWorld and Universal Studios. We offer THREE king size bedrooms, two of which have full en-suite facilities, as well as a Queen room and the fifth bedroom has bunk beds, which will actually sleep three children, making the maximum occupancy 11 guests. The private SOUTH FACING fun pool will have FREE pool heating on the cooler months (minimum stay of five nights required ) excluding Mid June to Mid September. We absolutely LOVED this condo and have shared the link with all of our friends and family! The pictures and descriptions don't serve it justice. It is a quiet end unit - not much traffic. The private pool was great on days between parks. The location is so convenient to restaurants, groceries, and most importantly Disney and ESPN Wide World of Sports. The complex itself is still being developed, so the pool and clubhouse are designed to accommodate many more people than units that are currently available. The reservations went very smoothly and the owner is absolutely delightful! We will be back!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

The description accurately describes the property. It had everything that we needed to make our stay a comfortable one. Our three year old enjoyed the dipping pool as well as the amenities at the club house very much. It was a great incentive to have our pool heated, as it allowed us to use it at night. The owner was a pleasure to deal with from the first time we contacted her to inquire about the villa. The staff at the club house was very friendly and made us feel at home from the day that we arrived. The villa is conveniently located to restaurants, grocery store and a pharmacy, and only a short drive to the theme parks. We will definitely stay again in the future and will recommend to our friends.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

Our experience with this property and the managers was exceptional! It was very clean and spacious. The photos and the decription are very accurate. The washing machine broke down one morning and a new one was delivered the next day. It was very close to shopping and all the parks. Everyone from the gate keepers to those working in the club house were very kind and helpful. We could not have asked for a better experience.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

This condo was extremely clean, well supplied with towels and very spacious. Minutes from Disney and easily accessible to everything you need. Would definately rent again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, people with disabilities.

This townhouse was great! It was very clean and in a beautiful area. Paradise Palms is a really nice resort. The photos depicted the place perfectly.
