This outstanding six bedroom home offers panoramic views of the Indian River from windows that wrap around the house. Flying fish leap through the air, dolphin put on a show so close that you think you can touch them, and pelicans dive into the waters gathering fish. The location is only a few blocks from the best and widest public beach in the Vero Beach area. Enjoy the best river views available in Indian River County while swimming in the pool or reclining in the screened in porch. Pool is heated to 80F in the winter but hot tub is not.
The oversized first floor master suite with large master bath, living room kitchen, breakfast nook, family room and guest bedroom all enjoy breathtaking views of the river. Two second floor bedrooms also enjoy great views and a spacious balcony where you can kick back and admire the sunsets glisten on the water. You would have to travel to Key West to see sunsets that equal these. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, high quality appliances, and preparation island. Other feathers include formal dining room, library with internet access, multi-use room with day bed, three car garage and oversized lot.
Four adult and two children bicycles have recently been purchased to make beach access easier. South County Park is only six blocks east and has full time life guards, picnic tables, large clean bath rooms to make your beach experience wonderful. This property is truly one of the best vacation homes in the Vero Beach area.
Owner recently purchased pontoon boat that can hold ten people. Use of the boat is included in rental price, or a $500 rent reduction will be given if boat not used. Tenant is responsible for gas , oil and any damage caused by their party. There is a tow behind inner tube on boat to provide family fun on Indian River during your stay.
