This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium, with only eight units, two per floor, is located on the narrow tip of Little Hickory Island on Bonita Beach. The uniqueness of this 1800-square-foot condominium plus garage and wraparound lanai is having the bay at its back, and just a few steps across the street, through our deeded access, the magnificent Gulf of Mexico.

Let us pamper you with a large kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and Corian countertops. There is a full laundry room with washer, dryer, and sink. Both the master and guest bedroom have king-size beds, large walk-in closets with built-in dresser, and their own bathroom. The entire apartment has new furniture as well as plush new carpeting in the bedrooms and closets and Pergo floors in the kitchen, living room, and dining room. You also have your own garage and storage room downstairs.

All you need to do is bring your bathing suit, a good book, and sit back and enjoy the beautiful views and amazing weather. The wraparound lanai, with access from the living room, dining room, and master bedroom, is furnished with a table and chairs for outside dining as well. There is also a private balcony off the master bedroom.

It is so exciting to watch the wildlife and dolphins play in the bay. You can fish right off the dock and catch a multitude of fish. We are situated right on the Back Bay with immediate access to the Gulf of Mexico. Across the street at our beach there is magnificent shelling or you can just walk for miles on the dreamy white sand.

At dusk, bring a glass of wine and watch the most spectacular sunset you will ever witness. This is what truly makes this location the best-kept secret on the Florida West Coast.

The location of this condominium allows you to walk to fine or casual dining. or get in your car and drive just a couple of miles to a multitude of restaurants. Life here is very simple - you can go most everywhere in shorts. However, if you so desire, you can dress up and go to The Philharmonic for a variety of shows, or stroll downtown Naples Fifth Avenue.
