  The condo view was awesome! We had perfect weather and had a very good time. The owners were very friendly and catered to my every need when I had questions. The only complaint I have is with the premises. The pool was cool for a heated pool, the hot tubs were not useable as one was broken and the other was ice cold.

  We love staying at this Condo! Steve & Debbie are wonderful and understanding owners who know what Renters want and expect. This condo was nothing short of perfect. We did have one little mishap, but it was beyond the owner's control and had to do with the building as a whole, but it was corrected immediately. I have read recent reviews of this unit and I had to laugh a bit because it just sounded like someone was just trying to get their money back. Every time we have stayed in this unit, everything has been up to par and perfect. We have always loved staying in this unit and will continue to do so as long as we vacation in Panama City. Thank you Steve and Debbie! Looking forward to next summer!!!

  Upon our arrival, we walked into a filthy mess! The deck was covered w/spilled drinks & dirty, we couldn't walk on it w/out our shoes on, too sticky! The table & chairs were dirty as well, covered w/mildew & dirt. This happens to outdoor furniture when you don't clean it!. We had to sit on towels, just to sit down. The carpets in bedrooms were filthy as well. The handle on sliding glass door was broken. We assumed that the kitchen would be equipped, because of the listing stating all stainless steel appliances. Yeah, be aware, no ice maker! The four chaise lounge chairs that they stated they have, are four plastic adorandac chairs that you can purchase, and they probably did, @ your nearest Publix grocery! There were lights bulbs that were out.. Both of the bedroom alarm clocks did not work. Also, both of the tubs did not drain, so we took showers in 3 inches of sandy, standing water!! Oh, almost forgot, no cable in bedrooms! Finally, after 4 days into our vacation, we had the carpet cleaner come. He said the carpet was very very dirty! Also a guy to fix sliding door, someone to clean deck & chairs, and the cable guy came to put cable in bedrooms! All of which should have already been done! Still had to deal w/tubs and no chairs for beach. Debbie told my husband & I to take the plastic, bulky chairs to the beach!ask yourself if this sounds like good people to rent from? My husband & I felt like we deserved some compensation & get some of our money back, but , after 4 days into our vacation we had to sit & watch the cleaning crews come in & they thought that because they had the carpets & deck cleaned & cable put in, & door fixed, that they did all they needed to do!!! Just look @ the only reviews these people have... 2 each year,& they all say great things! This is a joke!! This review will probably be taken off as well, but we need to let other renters know not to rent this Condo, or your experience will be like ours was!!!! I have pictures & videos to prove all of this!! I doubt this review will be seen by anyone, which proves these people do not care & want to deceive future renters, just like we were!!!

  Owner response: We have been offering our condo to guests since March 2010 and this is our first challenge we had with a guest staying at our condo. When we go on vacation we know what we would expect and we work hard that our condo will offer that experience to our guest. The guest concerns came in on Saturday evening and Sunday. We did not agree with the guest concerns but wanted to make their stay as enjoyable as possible. We were able to arrange for the balcony and carpets to be professionally cleaned, the contractor to return to fix the patio door handle. The contractor was there the week before. We had Comcast come over and install full cable access to the bedrooms. The living room TV has a cable box and the bedrooms TVs did have cable but did not receive every station as the living room TV. All of the above to take place Tuesday morning. We offered our guest to have our Housekeeper or Realtor be available to supervise, because we did not expect our guest to have to be there. The guest wanted to be present. The chairs we refer to are on our balcony and we tell guest if they choose they can take them down to the beach and use them and bring them back up. That is exactly what we do when we stay at the condo. We are not trying to deceive our guest and we tell them they are the ones you see in the photo. We do not get guest posting comments on the VRBO site very often, they email us directly. We felt horrible this was happening and could not understand why would no other guest have the same reaction. On Tuesday, July 10th at 8:13 am we received an email from our previous guest that was just there the week before. Debbie, I just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed our stay. The condo was really nice and our family had a wonderful time. There was a small glass in the cabinet that had a crack in it. We left it on the counter as we did not want the next guest to use the glass on a future visit. The place was clean and in wonderful condition. Thank you once again, we really enjoyed our visit and it was a pleasure working with you. Thanks. Ryan C from GA. The above email reassured us that our condo is not how this guest described it to be. We truly believe we went above and beyond to help this guest feel comfortable. The guest told us the only way they would be happy is if we gave them a full refund. We did not agree.

  My family and I loved staying in this condo! It had all the amenities we needed. The pictures really showcase how the condo looks and the views of the city and beach were awesome. Loved that the location was further from all the noise of PCB but not to far of a drive to Pier Park and restaurants.Security on site was very helpful!

  When you walk in you immediately say "Wow." The view was incredible! Having the corner balcony is amazing, you can see the city lights at night and the entire ocean on the front. The condo was CLEAN, and felt like home. It was nice, but not..overly nice, very comfortable. We took our 4 kids with us (including a 2 and 3 yr old). We were able to feel like home with the kitchen appliances. We have stayed at many places before, but this ranked up there as one of our all time favorite places! We'll be coming back for sure!

  This unit was 10x's more beautiful than the pics can show! It has a very Contemporary & Trendy Decor to it! We were a little worried when we heard about Hurricane Irene developing, but we had BEAUTIFUL weather, up to the day before we left. The view from the balcony is AMAZING - the size of the balcony is incredible! The unit itself and the balcony are very spacious, so you will never feel cramped, like some other condo's tend to feel. I cannot tell you how many compliments & questions we got from our pictures of the condo, from our social networking sites!!! This is a GREAT UNIT & we high recommend it to anyone looking to have a wonderful vacation!!!

  My family of 5 just got back from a wonderfule week stay. I cant begin to describe how wonderful this unit is. The pictures do not do it justice. The owners absolutely wonderful, even called to make sure everything was going well with our stay. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone and everyone.

  Just want to say thank you to the owner for an Awesome stay. We booked a last minute stay in October and the Unit was wonderful. It was exactly what we were looking for and exceeded our expectations. We will definately stay here again in the near future and will recommend to others. Thanks Again!

  Anyone looking for a stay at Panama City Beach will absloutely love this place. The location is far enough away from all the crowds yet just a couple minutes from shopping at Pier Plaza. The condo is professionally decorated and well equipped. This has to be one of the best condo's for viewa off the deck, we saw a manatee and countless dolphins. This has been a great vacation, You will love this place. We hope to come back soon. Thank you!
