Beautiful Victorian surrounded by a summer wonderland of fun & adventure!

 

Location: Sugar Hill, White Mountains, New Hampshire, USA (White Mtn,. ATV Trails,Frnconia,Littleton, Cannon Mnt.)

Accommodations:  Victorian Home, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 7-8)

Large Victorian home with mud room, full kitchen, dinning room, living room, Tin ceilings, two full baths, three bedrooms, upstairs bedrooms has view of Sugar Hill. Washer and dryer included.

Can sleep up to 8 people. ATV riders are welcome. Trail head is less than two minutes away!All trails are maintained daily! We are in quadrent five. The map of the local trails is in the rental house. Please return it after use!
We are 20 min. to Bretton Woods Skii area/ Twin mnts. or Loon. Three great places to skii and eat. Mnt. Washington 25 min.

If you like to skate we have a outdoor public skating rink that the town maintains, They have a warming shack that has hot chocolate and you can change in there. This is less that a five minute walk down the hill.

Sledding is also less that five minutes away,up the hill. The town has a tow rope that is maintained and operated on a volenteer basis by the lions club. The kids love it they don't have to walk back up the hill after sledding down.

There is a place on Sugar Hill that has dog sled rides.(something different to do).
While on Sugar Hill you must go down loves lane! Stop at Polly's Pancakes for breakfast on your way to the slopes. I don't know wich is better the food or the view!
