This one bedroom one bath apartment is fully furnished with everything to make your stay enjoyable. There's a comfortable new queen size bed in the bedroom and a convertible queen size bed settee in the living room. The living room has a new 12000 BTU air conditioner and a ceiling fan and the bedroom a ceiling fan for your comfort. The kitchen is a fully stocked kitchen, including coffee maker, microwave, and of course, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Yes, and would you believe it, spices for you stay at home cook's? Also, a veggie steamer and brown rice cooker. A new 32” flat screen TV for your watching pleasure along with a DVD/CD and AM/FM Stereo system and a plug in dock for your iPod. The house phone includes FREE LOCAL AND LONG DISTANCE CALLS TO THE US AND CANADA. There is FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET, WIFI, for your convenience. AND, if that's not enough, also included are beach chairs, mats, beach towels and a boogie boards and a hand cooler to take your lunch and drinks to the beach. AND FREE PARKING. FANTASTIC VALUE FOR THE MONEY. The apartment is located at the back of the Maui Vista, far away from S. Kihei Rd. S. Kihei Road is a very busy road, so instead of hearing buses, trucks, and loud music coming from many of the cars driving by, that you would hear in the front building, you hear the birds and the wind in the palm trees.
Kihei lies on the western edge of Maui and attracts tourists every year. Kihei is also an excellent place to study marine life; try snorkeling or scuba diving for a first-hand glimpse of the exotic world under water. I can not say enough about this condo and this condo complex. It was very clean, quiet and roomy. The condo was well equipt with everything you need to have a great stay in Maui. It is very convenient for everything that you would like to do in Maui. Either lay by the pool, got to the beach or hit some wonderful resturants and shopping. It is also a great place to jump in your car and take a drive to where every you want to go. I would highly recommend this condo for all of these reasons and more. The people and visitors to the condo complex are absolutely wonderful. We made alot of friends. I can not wait to visit Maui again and I will be staying in the exact same place, if the owner will have me. Have a great stay!! I can not say enough about this condo and the condo complex. It was very quiet and roomy, great location for everything in South Maui. The people and visitors in the complex were all very nice. The pool was fantastic and this condo's lani is right outside the pool. Beautiful view of all the lovely flowers and you get to visit with all the birds, as they come and clean up after you have had you breakfast, dinner and supper. I absolutely loved it and can not wait to visit Maui again. The owner of this condo is very nice and accomidating to your needs. I will be in touch with her again. Please give this condo a visit and enjoy your stay in Maui. The apartment is located close to the pool, but not too close, were you would be disturbed by the noise of swimmers. The complex is also recommended for all ages, not just for the 55+.
