Nestled in the quiet gated neighborhood of Fairway Villas within Waikoloa Beach Resort, this fabulous vacation town home, Fairway Villas G1, offers plenty of space for up to 8 guests! With three bedrooms and three full baths as well as an open study area, living room, dining area, and large kitchen, there is room for everyone to spread out and relax. This unit is also available as a 2/2 at reduced rates for up to 4 guests.
The spacious kitchen is well-equipped and features a breakfast bar, GE appliances, and granite countertops. The dining area table will seat up to 6 with the breakfast bar seating the overflow, or enjoy your dinner on the private lanai! The living area is furnished in a relaxed tropical décor and both the living area and the dining area open onto the lanai overlooking the 2nd hole of the golf course. This creates a very expansive and private feel to your villa. Relaxing on the lanai with a book and your morning coffee or savoring the changing light of the afternoon sunset with your favorite tropical concoction will make you want to return again and again to this beautiful oasis.
The master bedroom suite on the second level features a California King bed, ceiling fan, dual sinks, a separate soaking tub, glass enclosed shower, and walk-in closet. The upper level guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen sized bed and private bath. The third bedroom on the lower level features two twin beds. In addition, there is a sleeper sofa in the study. A full-sized washer and dryer in the condo make it easy to care for your family’s needs. All the linens, laundry soaps, kitchen supplies, and paper goods for your stay will be furnished for your convenience.
The condo is equipped with high speed wireless internet and cable TV with DVD/CD. There is a TV in each bedroom as well as the large flat screen TV in the living area. This home offers free long distance calls to North America as well as free local calling.
It is just a short stroll down the path over to the Kings’ Shops or the Queens’ Marketplace for shopping, dining, entertainment, and services. Anaeho’omalu Bay, also known as A-Bay, is a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive from your front door and is great for swimming, snorkeling, and sunning. Enjoy the spas and restaurants at the Marriott. We would definitely stay here again! The villa was in an ideal location, clean and comfortable. Carol made sure we had everything we needed traveling with our 9 month-old son. Excellent accommodations and management.

We've been returning to the Big Island for our annual family vacation for the past 6 years and by far the accomodations at the Fairway Villas Unit G 1 in Waikoloa has been the best. The affordable rental rates, customer services in booking the accommodations, the follow through on request and the welcoming gift was greatly appreciated. The location of the complex was within walking distance to the Queens and Kings shopping centers and other amenities in the Waikoloa Resort. The 3 bedroom and 2 additional fold out sofas, afforded the 4 adults and 3 grandchildren a lot of sleeping options. The grandchildren and adults appreciated the four televisions within the unit. The kitchen was spacious and fully equipped. If all goes well, we anticipate returning to the Fairway Villas Unit G 1. Special thanks to Carol for excellent customer service. By the way we've already recommended this unit to a relative's friend.

The big Island of Hawaii is a great place to visit. This is the first time at this condo complex and we enjoyed it very much. We would come back again and would likely stay longer. The location is conventient to Kona and the entire coast.

Awesome!!! We just came back from a 3 week stay at Fairways Villas. It was a great spot for our family of 4. It was walking distance to shopping(5 minutes) and the beach(10 minutes). The condo itself was the perfect place to relax and unwind. It was nicely tucked away yet so close to everything. All the amenities one could need were available at the condo even beach chairs and towels. We loved sitting on the lanai or at the dining room table with the patio door open, watching and listening to all the birds. It felt like our home for the time we were there. When we arrived a lovely welcoming note and gifts of coffee and mac nuts was a beautiful touch for the "extraordinary" vacation we had. I would highly recommend this property.

We were completely satisfied with this unit. It is very clean and very well maintained. The agent (Carole Kwiat of Escape to Extraordinary) left us various gifts which included coffee beans that was absolutely delicious. Some of the best coffee I've ever had. I will be back and will certainly recommend to Family and friends,
