Royal Pines Condos is quiet and off the main road surrounded by large shady pine trees. It is located conveniently west of Highway 19 on East Bay Drive, it is a very convenient location in central Clearwater. Close to East Bay Golf Club, and to local shopping and AMC theatre. Royal Pines is also next to a well kept city park. The park has many covered BBQ areas, a in-line skate trail, a large new jungle gym, basketball court, and ball hockey rink. The Condo has a clubhouse, laundromat, and sparkling clean kidney shaped pool. It is a short drive to Clearwater beach by car and on the bus route that goes to Clearwater Beach. It is less than 30 minutes depending on traffic to downtown Tampa and the Airport, and 15 minutes to St Petersburg/Clearwater Airport.

We stayed for 2 months in this condo (Feb/Mar/2012) and enjoyed all its amenities. Just as pictures showed. Central to many attractions and 20 min. to many beaches. Close to restaurants and shopping. Neighbours very friendly. Nice pool and clubhouse. Have already recommended to friends. Thank you John and hope everyone else enjoys as much as we did. "We" are 2 couples in late 40-es, early 50-es who enjoy traveling together. Over the years we rented enough condos to recognize the one whose owners care about their guests and theic confort. Condo has everything you may need during your vacation, even if you have guests and need to entrertain, everything is there, in places you would lok for in your kitchen at home. Place is clean and spacious decoratred with taste. It is close to grocery store and at the central point for everything you need and want so see and while in Clearwater. We recomand to have a car, but there is a bus stop at the end of the street. Complex is quiet and clean. Not to much shade arround the pool, but we are beeach types anyways. Overall we would recomand, an go back espacilay since owners were so accomodating with changes of our arrivals and length of stay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

The accuracy of the description is right on target. The property was clean and we loved having access to the laundry facility, pool and rec room! I would recommend this property to people that like quiet. For us this was a great feature! I thought the bedrooms were spacious. I also really liked having the full kitchen! The TV was fantastic for chilling out late at night with some popcorn! Everything we did while visiting our family in the area was within an hour, including a drive to the Marie Selby Botanical Garden in Sarasota, Busch Gardens, Clearwater Beach (a must do at Sunset-Pier 60), Clearwater Rescue Marina (home of the only dolphin in the world with a completely prosthetic tail), Tampa Aquarium, and Captain Memo's Pirate Cruise! The people in the complex are really nice and helpful. Would recommend.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

This was a centrally located, comfortable, and affordable place to stay. The kitchen was user-friendly, having all the tools needed to stay out of restaurants, the landlord offered free long-distance calling, and the huge jetted tub was fantastic. The property is right next to a great park, the neighbors were friendly and helpful, and the pool was sparkling and clean. We had a few very minor problems which were quickly addressed by the owner. "I'd go back" is the best compliment I can offer to any establishment. If your looking for a central location from which to enjoy western Florida, and don't want to pay beachfront prices, give this a try.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

This was my first time going to Clearwater Florida, at first i was nervous but the condo made me feel right at home.clean when we got there, close to many stores,decorated very nice,furniture was comfortable,nice laundry faucility,nice outside pool. overall i rate this 5/5 stars.ill be sure to give him a call next winter. :) :)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.
