Transfer of membership enables guests to enjoy all the amenities including golf, for just the cost of the cart ($20 for 18 holes and $10 for nine holes). New Condo home with; two bedrooms, two baths, and covered parking on the third floor with only ten units per floor. A King Size master bedroom suite; a luxurious master bath will leave you speechless. Looking out the large sliding windows we enjoy open double wide fairway views to the lake. The living room features a HDTV Big screen television, DVD/VCR to be enjoyed while relaxing on supple soft leather furniture. Sip on a glass of wine while enjoying the sunset past fairway and lake views sitting on the lanai. The dining room seats four, while the chandelier overhead creates a wonder candlelight evening. The den has been set up to accommodate a guests. Business need not be left at home while on vacation as the computer work desk station, keeps you in touch with your office, friends and family. A TV allows you relax as well. The second bedroom features a Tommy Bahama styled queen-size bedroom set. A wonderful bistro table looks to the western afternoon sun. Carpet has been installed throughout except for the wet areas. The white cabinetry kitchen features plenty of space to cook. Everything you could possibly want for cooking, entertaining and enjoying yourself while on vacation is here. Located within 2 minutes walking distance from the heated pool. The clubhouse, lounge, fitness center, putting green and driving range are just down the street, less that a minute away. The community pool and hot tub is directly across from the unit.
