Start your day with coffee on the Master bedroom balcony, and end it with a breathtaking sunset from another off of the living room. The sugar-like beach is less than 50 yards from the door... no grass lawn or scrub to cross, just the steps and the sand. The beach literally IS the front lawn here!
The house comfortably sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms and a loft. There are 2 full baths and one half bath. The kitchen features everything you’ll need to feed a crowd- or not! Each bedroom features a flat screen TV with integrated DVD player. As well as the TV, the living room boasts satellite radio. There’s free high speed internet and a washer/dryer for your convenience as well.
Come enjoy all the amenities that Seagrove has to offer: nature trails, biking and jogging paths, water sports, great dining and shopping. Sand In My Shoes is centrally located in Seagrove. It’s a short walk to Seaside, and some of the best restaurants in town are right across the street. If you’d rather stay home, the house is stocked with board games and books, or just relax on the balcony and enjoy the stars on the water. You won’t find a better view!

We loved our vacation to Seagrove, confirming that it is our favorite Florida beach. Your condo made our visit so easy, with it's location on the beach and near Seaside and Rosemary Beach. We have been coming to this area since the early 80's and have watched the phenomenal growth. We've always dreamed of spending a month in Seagrove, and Hal's semi-retirement made that possible. We've had anoverall wonderful time and lucked into great weather (mostly). Your condo is very comfortable and well equipped and its closeness to the beach is superb. My(at the time) soon to be husband and myself stayed here this past September 2011. We had our beach wedding just a few steps up the beach. This was our second stay on 30A in this area and we love it here. No crowds to deal with like in Destin area and everything you need is just a short drive away. This condo is so nice, so clean.We love the decor. Everything we needed was here. I love all the beach gear at the foot of the steps. You can't get any closer to the beach than this! We love this area and will probably stay here again (if available!!) My one and only suggestion would be to have room darkening curtains in the master bedroom.It gets very bright, very early........but, on that note I was able to get up early and get beautiful sunrise shots. We watched dolphins from our balcony not once but twice!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us!! Anyone staying here will not be disappointed!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Went to the beach with some of my closest girlfriends. The house is lovely and we all felt right at home. We spent the day on the beach which is steps away and the nights at local attraction which are so close. I loved the look and decor of this place and will certinly stay here again. Amazing!!!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My wife and I have stayed at 14 different properties over more than a decade all of the way up and down 30-A, and I can tell you, this is the BEST rental in the whole area. Seriously, scroll up to availability and rent this unit NOW. If your chosen dates are taken, then you should consider changing your plans. Some of the key reasons I would conclude that 'Sand In My Shoes' is the best unit in the area: The entire unit is modern, comfortable, and (unlike a lot of other units in the area) tastefully decorated. The beach (easily top 5 in the US for relaxation) is about 20 easy steps out the door. Both the living room and master bedroom have completely private 180 degree views from Panama City on your left to Destin on your right. You can easily walk to several great unique restaurants (try the Chicken Piccatta at Angelina's , a huge gas station (well maintained but busy Roadrunner), or a excellent pizza parlor ( try Bruno's Pizzass). Hint: don't bother bringing anything but a comfy pair of sandals or flip flops. There is also a pool if for some reason you don't want to lay out on one of the most beautiful white sand beaches in the world. If you want a completely private, super relaxing, and maybe even life-altering vacation, you should have rented this unit by now. What are you waiting for? You will not regret it! P.S. Tack a couple of single days onto your weeklong rental. Totally worth it!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: We have been vacationing at beaches around the world our whole lives, but it wasn't until we got to the Gulf Coast of Florida that we found a beach beautiful enough to come back to over and over again. After only three years of vacationing in Seagrove, we decided to buy a house for our whole family to vacation in together. Sand In My Shoes is our personal vacation home, and we have lovingly renovated and decorated it as such. This is where we gather with our college aged children, our siblings, our parents and our friends. We think you'll find it a place worth gathering in as well. Here's to good times and great weather!
