Comfortable A-Frame Camp in a Silver Lake Association. Perfect for a family that is looking for a reasonably priced vacation. The beach is perfect for children and parents alike. Fishing, Crayfish hunting and swimming all right off the beach. The lake temperature is perfect in the summer, not too warm and not too cold. It is a deep clean lake. Bring your own Jet ski or powerboat. There is a canoe there for your use. The beach is in a private community shared with 10 other houses. It is rare for more than one or two families to be up at the same time.
The house is pet friendly but we do take an extra $50 deposit if you want to bring the pooch. There is a fire pit in the back yard for roasting marshmallows. We also have a horseshoe pit and a picnic table. It is a magical place and one of New Hampshire's prettiest lakes.

If my family and I decide to take another trip we would consider this cottage again. It was beautiful, very clean and well maintained. It was just what we were looking for. We have already recommended this to friends and family. I hope they will check into it. We had a great time and found plenty to do in the area. The owners was very helpful and considerate to us.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Year Purchased: 1980
About the owner: Carl and Kathleen Blomquist built their A frame Camp in the 80's to use with their two daughters. Now they split their time between Florida in the Winter, Hampton Beach and Silver Lake in the Summer. Family ties keep them from spending as much time in the Mountains as they would like so it is available to rent.

Great location! Beautiful Beach on Lovely Silver Lake. 30 minutes in to North Conway Shopping and 1 1/2 hours from the New Hampshire Seacoast.
