"We both have very hectic jobs, so when we have a change to get to Lake Murray we want to relax and unwind in beautiful and comfortable surrondings." We are located on a point lot with plenty of water. We have a one hunderd foot pier and boat dock. Bring your boat! We are on a one acre lot so there is plenty of room for parking your boat trailers and cars.
This Non-Smoking home has a beautifully decorated den done in nautical decor with Satellite TV/DVD. The master bedroom suit has a king size bed, sitting area and private bath with a walk in shower and Roman tub. The kitchen is fully-equipped with too many amenities to list. Also has a comfortable dining area. The other two bedrooms have queen size beds and share the other bathroom which is a full bath with a shower over the tub. Everything in the house is new. We love the picnic area down by the water with table and barbecue for dining outside. And at night we have a camp fire area down by the waters edge. The fire wood is furnished, we will even start the fire for you if you like. Also there is a 110 foot long pear and boat dock. It is lighted for night use and is wired so that you can charge your batteries.
