THIS IS OUR 24rd RENTAL YEAR !! Total high end complete unit remodel done in 2014. New Pictures will be posted when remodeling is completed!
This sunny top floor penthouse unit offers panoramic views of the ski area and the 10 Mile Mountain Range. Located on the Blue River at the Quicksilver Super 6 chair lift at the base of Peak 9, and just two blocks from historic main street Breckenridge.

This is a top floor Powderhorn Unit. Only top floor units have two story picture window views and vaulted ceilings with sky lights!

The main floor includes two bedrooms with queen beds and full closets; fully equipped modern kitchen and separate dining area that seats 8-12 guests; living room with new wall mounted flat panel Smart TV, DVD, and, stereo system; gas grill on the balcony; Washer and dryer area; and guest closet.

The second floor loft sleeps nine: 1 bedroom with queen bed; 1 twin bunk with twin trundle bed and 1 bunk bed with full size beds. The second floor also has a third bathroom, game table, and, second outdoor balcony with patio doors.

This has always been a Non-smoking unit.

This Powderhorn unit has spectacular mountain views and is located on the Blue River adjacent to the Breckenridge Ski Area and just a two block walk to the historic Victorian town of Breckenridge. All amenities including heated underground parking for one car, elevators, heated pool, and four hot tubs are included.

Enjoy Breckenridge all year round!
In winter, six world class ski areas are a short distance from Breckenridge; Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin are 1/2 hr. ride and Vail and Beaver Creek are 3/4 hr. by free shuttle. Summit County has the longest ski season in Colorado.

In spring, summer, and fall, golf on seven courses including the Breckenridge Golf Club - the only Jack Nicklaus designed public course in the world. Also enjoy whitewater rafting, mountain biking, fishing, sailing, hiking, shopping, music festivals, art fairs, exploring ghost towns, as well as, the perfect summer weather and the breath-taking Rocky Mountain scenery.
