This family friendly Cottage is nestled in the vineyard area of Bridgehampton north. Our cottage features a chefs kitchen with a GE beverage center, Bosch dishwasher and Wolf six burner gas range. Cooks love our kitchen - Caphalon cookware, baking supplies, a wide range of quality knives, food processor, blender, crock pot, George foreman grill, and ice cream maker are just a few of the amenities we provide. For those who prefer to dine out - we are located 5 minutes from Sag Harbor and 15 minutes from East Hampton.
The cottage has an open floor plan on the main floor with beautiful furnishings and a wood burning fireplace. There is a ground floor master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs there is a sleeping loft which we currently use a playroom. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs which share a bathroom. The "kids" bedroom features 2 twin beds with trundles and a crib. The third bedroom features a queen bed and private sitting area.
Outside there is seating for 10 adults and a small picnic table for young children or toddlers. The wrap around deck has a Weber Genesis grill and Weber charcoal grill. There is a Cedarworks playset with a slide and 3 swings. The backyard has a wood stockade fence for privacy and the 18 x 36 heated pool has a child safety fence. The bluestone poolside patio features ample seating and shade umbrellas.
The cottage is stocked with 3 flat screen TVs (52" TV is in the living room), Blue ray DVD player, Ipod docking stations, games for adults and children's, books, 2 highchairs, a pack and play, beach toys and chairs. We provide plush towels and luxe linens for the beach,bed and bath.
We pride ourselves on providing a personal touch and provide guests with complimentary pool heat, shower gel, Aveda shampoo and conditioner and a welcome gift.
This is not a burnt out rental. No weekend rentals May - Labor Day. No proms, No smokers, No groups and No pets. This is our personal family vacation home which we maintain with love and respect for our children and our guests.

Why the Owner Chose Bridgehampton
Our family fell in love with the Hamptons after being invited to visit close friends in Sag Harbor. We love the down to earth atmosphere, the beautiful ocean beaches and just having down time with family and friends at the cottage. We live in a busy, vibrant city and wanted to give ourselves the opportunity to unwind and reconnect in an environment that offered simplicity and elegance.
