  We recently stayed at this unit for a week. We were 4 adults and 2 infants. It was perfect for us on many levels - space, location, amenities, etc. You are literally steps from a beautiful beach and having the Whale's Tail there is very convenient. There are a number of pools at the complex you can use. The golf course is handy and there are others that are very close, and found all to be good value. The finishes in the unit are over and above what you typically find in this type of unit. You can walk to a number of things such that you don't need to get in a car ever if you don't want to. A great deal. And Sheri was a pleasure to deal with through the entire process. Thanks very much. If we go back to the Destin area we won't need to look further than here.

  We loved Paul and Sheri's condo at Seascape. Perfect location. This condo is super comfortable for 4-5 people. Very roomy. Master suite is huge and has its own balcony. Great kitchen. Comfy beds. Clean and new appliances and furniture. Short walk to the beach. WiFi connection. Pools and tennis courts on property are really nice and well maintained. There are at least 4 great golf courses in easy driving distance, including one on the property within walking distance. Seascape's golf course has good twilight rates. Condo is located very close to Sandestin resort, whose golf courses are top notch. Condo is very close to good restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended. What you get for the price is a great bargain - way better than staying at a hotel.

  What a wonderful place to vacation! You have it all right there - you don't need to ever get in your car again until you leave if you don't want to. Everything was accessible - the beach, great walking access (bike & walking area plus the boardwalk along the ocean side), eating at the Whale Tail across the street, swimming in the pool and golfing. Hope to golf next time I get down. And what a nice,relaxing view of the lake from your screened in-porch! Great shopping across the main entrance too, but we didn't do much of that this trip - not that much time!! Can't wait to go again!!!!

  My family and I had an amazing stay at Paul and Sheri's place. It was beautiful!! Everything was brand new and very clean!! Loved the way it was taken care of and couldn't have asked for a better experience! We would definitely rent the place again and again and recommend it to all our friends and family!!   Thank you Sheri and Paul for a great getaway! Your condo is just gorgeous! Everything was so clean and new, very luxurious. Exactly as described, but the pictures don't do it justice! It was so well stocked, anything we needed, we found and it was all nice and new. This was our first family trip to the beach with our boys (ages 2 and 3) and we hope to make it an annual event. Hopefully we can stay longer next time! I loved the swing out on the screened in porch, perfect for reading while the kiddos took their naps. The walk to the beach was easy, even with all our stuff (thanks for providing beach chairs and the wheeled cart to haul everything to the beach that we found in the front closet). When we needed a break, the Whale's Tale was great-good food, drinks, access to their restrooms in your bathing suit and flip flops--you can't beat that! Another favorite of ours was Pompano Joes (a short drive down scenic 98). It had great fresh fish sandwiches for lunch, kid friendly with a fun fish tank and a gorgeous ocean view--exactly what we were looking for. The Crab Trap was good too, but we thought the food and atmosphere was very similar to Pompano Joes, but more expensive. Seascape has a total of 5 pools that as guests we had access to. There is one that had a shallow (2ft) pool for the kiddos that is a long walk away, but honestly the boys loved the pool directly out the front door of the condo. We spent a lot of time there! Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves and wished we had a couple more days. Everything was so convenient, just what we needed when vacationing with small kids! We'll definately recommend your condo to all our friends!

  I would highly recommend staying in this condo! There is so much to do right out your front door! With the beach being such an easy walk we didn't mind carrying all the kids toys, chairs and umbrella! We also loved how close the pool was to the condo too. It was so close that our baby monitor would still work! We were able to put our 9 month old down for a nap, then go relax by the pool knowing we could hear him when he woke up. It was GREAT!!! There is also a huge lake right out the back door that my 6 year old son loved! So make sure to pack a fishing pole! The condo is decorated beautifully! All the beds are soooo comfortable. My oldest son was in heaven because he has his own TV in his room. =) We went to several great places to eat that are right around the corner from Seascape. I highly recommend the Copper Grill. It's pretty expensive but probably THE BEST steak I've ever had!! I would go back there again. Always a favorite is the Backporch! Great food, prices and service. The Whales Tale is located on the beach right across the street from the condo and has a great lunch/dinner menu and drinks! Perfect for watching the sunset and a strawberry daiquiri! Really we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you Paul and Sheri!!
